  @airtelindia Very worst customer services, requested for VoLTE service long back but still my issue not resolved, everytime I hear same responses, finally I have comprised myself and wanted to move from this netwok and I want to suggest to my frnds and family not go for this n/w.

  @airtelindia What a pathetic customer support! The customer support has given me wrong email id after so many phone calls. The mail is bouncing back to me everytime I hit send button. Is this new definition of customer delight?

  @airtelindia Whenever I receive the call the first time there is no voice so I have disconnect and dial the phone once again then only I able to hear the voice. I have to do this on every call. Can I fix this?

  @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence What a terrible experience is this? A complaint registered 15 days back has got no solution yet. Everytime a customer calls a new date is given. This is ridiculous! Please do something. Do not torture your consumers!
