    @airtelindia Airtel BlackOut ! Airtel is unable to restore internet connection at my home in Pune after I reported connection failure 24 hours ago They sent 3 team of 2 engineers each today but the connection is still not restored. they have assigned a dedicated customer also ?

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Team, very pathetic experience post migrating from Copper to Optical fibre for broadband. 1. Less than desired speed 2. Poor coverage with new router In addition to above literally no action or response from tech engineer from last 3 days.

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia If a customer has taken pains to visit your office and requested disconnection, you must respect that and NOT SPAM him for doing so. 4 days and 50 retention calls not abating. You are ruining customer experience.

    @airtelindia customer care calls customers only twice, 1> when you send a porting request 2>when you put a disconnection request....rest of the time.....

    @airtelindia @AdobeExpress For the last three days, my Airtel AirFiber internet has been extremely slow. I raised a service request, but it is showing as "resolved" even though the issue hasn't been fixed. I've had a very poor experience with Airtel's Wi-Fi.

    @airtelindia Tried to disconnect my WiFi connection today. 20 minutes, multiple calls later, it’s still not done. Instead of processing the request, they kept pushing me to switch to prepaid. This isn’t customer service, it’s harassment.
