    @airtelindia it has been 9 days since i paid for new fiber broadband connection and i am still waiting for it to be installed. I have dropped two emails till date to your customer care copying Maharashtra nodal officer but no reply yet. Pls process refund if not keen🙏🙏

    @airtelindia I am raising request for my broadband connection since 4 months again & again. Still issue is not resolved. Now airtel staff closing request without resolution & not asking happy code. Fade up .

    @airtelindia, I have switched to Airtel post paid which comes with benifits free one year amazon prime subscriptions. I did not get it and was told by customer service executive that I was a prime member so can’t have it again, does that make sense? I feel I was tricked.

    @airtelindia I have switch my service to some other network to Airtel post and was expecting Amazon prime subscription for one year for free. Turned out I can not have it because I was a prime member in past which does not make sense. Can you check how we can solve this?

    I have got an #airtel Broadband Xstream Connection which works intermittently only. I am trying to login my complaint through #airtelthanks app but the app is so tuned that one cannot register ur complaint. Similar problem is with their helpline. Seek help from @airtelindia

    @airtelindia waited online for 15 mins to speak to your customer services regarding my DTH, was then keep on hold by the rep for another 10 mins and then disconnected. This is pathetic service. Need someone to call me back now

    @reliancejio @JioCare jio fiber provider asked me to pay for 20₹ per meter of their wire because my house is little far from road what kind of service you'll provide me in future i should rather opt for @airtelindia atleast they do not charge extra for wire while providing fiber

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia How to compare service, I have ordered to fastag one with Airtel on 15th December 2020 and other one with Paytm on 24th December 2020. We got the confirmation for delivery from Paytm and Airtel still sleeping Now I thinking why we are using Airtel.
