    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence why was I charged 50 rs for a new sim card. Replacement SIM cards are usually free. It was ur fault that there was no network on my 1 year old sim and I was asked to replace it. Money making tactic?

    @Airtel_Presence No use of writing complains as these complains are closed automatically after 2-3 days without any information. U don't ever inform customer about the action taken. U just send sms that your complain has been resolved. Worst service from @airtelindia

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Team, very pathetic experience post migrating from Copper to Optical fibre for broadband. 1. Less than desired speed 2. Poor coverage with new router In addition to above literally no action or response from tech engineer from last 3 days.

    @airtelindia Worst services. Raised shifting request on 27/6/26 and same has not yet been resolved. Have made multiple calls, talked to many cC executives and all are of no use. Such an useless service provider.Either resolve it or close the connection. Fed up of fake assurance

    So called excellent Service provider @airtelindia will call you ten times and send endless reminders for bill payments. But when it comes to shifting your Wi-Fi or DTH connectionall they do is keep saying Your file is under process. Reaching customer care is a challenge in itself. And even after you finally speak to them the ground engineer calls only to repeat Your complaint has been registered. This is Airtel’s idea of customer service.

    @airtelindia My issue remains unsolved still. I was supposed to get a qr code on my email and I don't understand why it cannot be shared. A simple task that has taken the entire day. My whole day has been wasted and my work has suffered. Are you going to compensate me for my losses?

    @airtelindia what’s the issue the given timeframe has passed the WiFi connection is not yet restored it’s over 24hrs no update. I guess it time for a change loyalty does not matter for airtel anymore.

    @airtelindia We have done the recharge of our wifi broadband service and it is still suspended and engineer is saying that connection can not be re-instated. Please escalate and provide connection or refund back the amount it's already 3-4 days that we have raised complaint.
