    @airtelindia despite being an airtel priority customer, there is an internet outage once every 2 weeks and it takes several days to get it fixed, whats the point of being a priority customer if no benefit is provided in terms of complaint resolution and uninterrupted internet

    Got a call today with the tech guy saying, "Sir, do you want a new connection?" Are y'all freaking crazy? I just want to upgrade my plan. Does @airtelindia hate money or some ****? Hell, the wildest part is that your own tech guy is asking me to switch to @tataplayfiber

    Unsure what’s slower: the pathetic Wi-Fi from @airtelindia or their actual customer care response time. Absolutely terrible experience. Unresolved tickets and zero accountability. Time to switch providers. 👎 #WorstISP #Broadband

    @airtelindia My wifi has not been wrking since d last 24h & u guys keep increasing the deadline like it's nothing. u'll charge a late fee if a customer doesn't pay on time but ur service will be unavlble but u wont pay fine bt u'll charge full month bill. Keep looting customers.
