    @IRCTCofficial #airtelindia I am unable to recover my forgotten irctc credentials. My mob. number is pre- paid and they are ownership proof of the num.. But service provider doesn't provide the ownership proof for pre paid. So what I do now. Plz help.

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Pathetic service. Complaint number 10000868015 for shifting my broadband connection. Called 6 times, wasted 3 hours, recd fake assurance of resolution within 4 hrs on every call. Btw for such service you guys charge to customer also. #AirtelUseless
