    so this is the 6th straight day when i called @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence regarding the issue.. They again Told the same thing to wait for a day or so..!! In fact they blaming me for the delay in installing the broadband. They said we were unable to contact you.

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia Pls refund my 3k rs as the engineer said the fiber network is not present in my area. If its not present there then why did you even took order from me and made me wait 3 days? Pls refund my money asap. I need it.

    @Airtel_Presence Downloading and managing Airtel's transaction receipt isn't as easy as it seems. Obviously @airtelindia doesn't care once the customer has paid them in full.
