    Dear @airtelindia We are now exhausted by the broadband service issue which hasn't been resolved for more then four days. It's been escalated but still no resolution, hampering the daily work. Extremely unethical and pathetic services. @Airtel_Presence are you present at all?

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Congratulations on your new strategy to avoid billing disputes. 1. Explain problem. They will take 30 min to understand. 2. Hold for 30 min while they transfer your call. 3. Explain again to new person for another 30 min. 4. Call disconnects. Repeat.

    The speed of Airtel internet is very bad and will surely become a big concern for the company in coming days. Airtel MyWifi is not at all working properly even in main areas of the city. Please look into this.. @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence
