    @airtelindia I get laugh whenever I see an add of Airtel 5g, they are not able to maintain existing broadband services but talking about 5g is big joke. LOS twice in 4 days & every time we raise a complaint they take two days to fix and ending up loosing two days of productivity.

    Today @airtelindia changed my plan but never changed the speed( kind of top-up offer). Now, @airtelindia is saying that the high-speed offer is only for 1 month and speed will be reduced from next month. Such hypocrisy @airtelindia is bad for business.

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia My broadband is not working since 8nov. I have complained on same day via complaint number 10099150392. No action has been taken yet. I have called up customer care they ask me to wait 48 hours but now its been more than that .

    @airtelindia Worst ever service provider in india . I did a mistake by doing 1 year recharge as soon as my recharge ends i will port to Vi network. Not work in Delhi in a major city . Not on Rajiv Chowk Metro Station. Fuddu Network

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence my home town is nearly 1 km from NH28 and getting worst network speed. You guys launching 5G while most of the area still struggling for normal calls.. Can you guys please seriously look into this. This is not first time i am complaining.
