Dear @airtelindia my sim isn't working frm last 6 months. Airtel says new sim can only be issued in Delhi. I'm in Mumbai & don't understand this policy in the middle of a pandemic. As 12 yr old customer i'm forced to ask for change in network provider to @JioCare @reliancejio
