    This is a loophole because, in a family pack, not everyone’s recharge expires on the same day. Airtel doesn’t compensate for the remaining prepaid balance either, which is unfair. @airtelindia @bhartiairtelfdn @reliancejio will you help on this

    Dear @airtelindia , my Wi-Fi has been down for the last 4 days. Complaint registered on 30 July 2026. Every call to customer support ends with the same promise of a technician calling within 4 hours, but no one has contacted me yet. Extremely poor service.

    @airtelindia My broadband has been down since 29 July, 10 PM. Yesterday your technician visited, disconnected parts of the setup, and left saying he would replace the faulty system by 10 AM today. It's now delayed with no update. Days are passing,
