    @airtelindia @GyanTherapy The problem around "Fast Lane" internet isn't about whether premium service is wrong. It's about the incentives it creates. If ISPs profit from priority access, they may eventually try to make the regular experience less attractive, forcing more people to upgrade.

    @airtelindia you suspended my WiFi, took my money instantly, and now won’t restart my Airtel Black connection. Your Thanks App has the dumbest bot on earth. It keeps calling this a “technical issue” when it’s common-sense service reactivation. Ticket: 11034299246

    @airtelindia ,@TRAI Extremely frustrated. Multiple attempts to get support regarding ongoing issue with Black account. Despite reaching out to Airtel Gallery and customer support team several times, I have seen no resolution. This level of service is #shametoairtel
