    Hi ,  My internet for Airtel wifi 02029653128_wifi not working since yesterday , for more than 12 hours and issue is not resolved yet. Resolve it on priority I won't be able to work until this issue is resolved. @airtelindia

    @airtelindia My family had raised ServiceRequest 144545597 for error Storage Space out on TV for Airtel DTH connection. The service Engineer visited and says he would NOT call NOC team to get this resolved, so pay me 900 INR for new SettopBox!! I have this conversation recorded.

    @airtelindia I am trying to raise a request to shift my wifi connection but the system is now allowing me, stating that there is an open order. I am unable to cancel the open order and I am following up with the customer service for more than 4 days on this. I am without an (1/2)

    @ACTFibernet SR10280515875104 - no one has called us so far. We are WFH. How long to resolve the issue? Why does a small 15min rain disrupt your service when a tier-two city with @airtelindia wifi doesn’t get affected even after heavy rains

    @DoT_India @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence you owe me ₹4500 which I lost from my salary because your services were down. You take us customers for a merry go round when it comes to customer service. But you are very prompt to collect money. Its like extortion.

    @airtelindia My broadband has been down for 2 days. Complaint #10958700266 is still unresolved with no ETA. Requesting urgent escalation and a clear timeline for restoration.

    @airtelindia Pathetic service. I've been trying to reach customer support, but your chat doesn't even work. Also, the Wi-Fi installation team keeps giving me different installation dates every time I follow up. Extremely disappointing experience.

    Complaint raised on 15/05/26. After weeks of follow-ups, Airtel says I must take a new connection due to an old device. Very bad exp.—customers are being harassed instead of supported. Focus seems more on money than service. @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence #Airtel#CustomerService
