    @Airtel_Presence @AirtelIndia Your TV/WiFi remote stops working every 1–2 months. Replaced twice, again dead. No guarantee, only forcing customers to keep buying. This is unacceptable and feels like a scam. Fix this permanently. 📞 9038622229

    @airtelindia complaint on my Airtel Black DTH/wifi Account No.3071389944-01 under warranty replacement of a remote control is pending for about a fortnight. Not able to use my TV, but your charges get accrued. Disappointed with the manner this case is being handled. Kindly help.

    @Airtel_Presence Same issue again today. No internet. Got message at morning 10:23 that internet will be down for next 5-6 hours. Pathetic service from @airtelindia

    And today when someone finally called? All he did was say he’d escalate it to SOMEONE ELSE. You cannot be serious!!! Your final suggestion after all this? Get a new physical SIM. That’s it. That’s your fix. 12 days of my time wasted and that’s the best @airtelindia

    I want to bring it into the notice of the @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence authority that customer care services of your company are very bad. I had lodged a complaint regarding my internet around 30+ hrs before but no technician visited until now. Kindly look into the matter.

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence @airtelnews I have cancelled a broad band connection just because of your service unavailability in my area, but I have received 20+ calls for reason behind cancellation I am really frustrated with these calls please treat these calls as spam first
