Dear @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence I promise to never use airtel broadband again just because closing a connection with you is most depressing thing out there in the world. On the name of csr plz hire some humans who we can talk to resolve our issues. Also close my connection.

@airtelindia Got bill of WiFi and payable by 28th Nov. service gets suspended due to non payment. After paying the bill immediately, it still states that make payment of zero rupees to restart your service. There is no option to talk to service rep? Way to go Airtel?
