    @airtelindia I now realized how your zero complaint works. Basically you are not giving users to file a complaint. Why was my mobile internet speed capped??? Shame on you for taking more than a week to resolve this stupid issue.

    Dear @airtelindia Is the customer supposed to wait for 8 working days to get the ‘internet not working/ working pathetically slow’ issue resolved? First the IVR requested me to buy data pack despite 300 GB available to me and then this wait!!!

    @airtelindia What kind of service is this? Now you blocked outgoing SMS service on the basic plan (79 rupees). I am not able to send paid SMS too. will port to @reliancejio, atleast they are not thief like you.
