    Just lodge a complain on 17/11/20 for not availing the internet service which I paid.Instead of solving my problem they are just giving me dates. @airtelindia just make money & not caring 4 their customer.Please do something needful @DoT_India Complaint no- CCPKI31117773446

    Dear @airtelindia Can you please recommend me a good internet and calling service that works???? Because yours doesn't. My office internet and calling is awaiting an engineer for days. Kindly accept my apologies for subscribing to your service.

    @airtelindia your customer service is really bad. I don't have network and it's just my sim. My friends have network in there airtel sim but my sim doesn't have any network no matter what phone I put it in. And your thanks app is useless as hell no way to contact customer care.
