    @airtelindia Recharged for 499 (Disney + Hotstar) plan but it's not activated yet. When tried contacting customer support, we got a poor response. Is this the way you treat the customers? Frustrating!!!!

    @airtelindia I recharged my number after few months but its not initiated. Network signal is also very poor, customer care not connecting with other network number.. What to do.

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Have called multiple times to the helpline number, but they don't have information about anything. Let me know if I should discontinue the service. This is horrible

    @TRAI @airtelindia @reliancejio For MNP UPC is required. And in case no balance then recharge with Rs99 and then send SMS. Instead this, why can't request initiated from POS of new service provider and get an sms for MNP. Or MNP sms facility should be free.

    Enna network ezhavu idhu @airtelindia.. morning 7'o clock dhan Mobile la Data ON pannen.. network also dead slow..off pannitu just ipa ON panni use panna 50% data consumed nu varudhu..WTF ? Is going on..😡

    @airtelindia @airtelnews @airtelindia Yesterday I paid 1500 for DTH connection online and yet I haven't got any of your so called customer executive to install it at my place (Rail Vihar Phase 3 Taramandal Road Gorakhpur 273016). Please do something, very bad experience, not expected this.
