    @airtelindia With airtel 4G you get 4 times more harassment, disgusting service and pathetic responses from all the 4 heads -> Appellate Authority, Social Authority, Local Technician, Nodal Officer......... now with 5G they must be adding new ways to extorting money and harassing customers.

    @Airtel_Presence Sir, why are you making fool of the customer, I had booked airtel fiber on 15th December.Your technical team is not putting a line for money in my area from January and the line has not come yet, nothing has happened to a lot of complaints. @airtelindia

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia It's almost 24 hours and still no connection. I can see the cable broken on the street but no area engineer is picking the phone or resolving. Is this what #Airtel #CustomerExperience all about? Local ISP in the area r better aligned to #CustomerService than Airtel.

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence From last 3 days facing severe internet connectivity issue. Airtel service sucks, just imagine you are in a mid of an international meeting and your network stops working then what will the client think of our country's network connectivity.
