@airtelindia Airtel authorities, please stop putting messages that you are providing 5G internet service you are not giving at least 3G connectivity in many areas. Employees of GACL Dahej are facing network issues for more than 2 years but not a single solution provided by you.

@airtelindia I am unable to talk to your customer representative at 121 or 198. By mistake I have selected the prepaid to postpaid change and I could not see a revoke button. Could you please arrange a call back. ?

@Airtel_Presence @airtelindia Your AI customer care is utterly useless! It can't understand or resolve anything. Scoured the internet, found no customer support number. The one number I got charges me to talk! Even if it's a SIM issue, why should customers pay?

******* @airtelindia has an outage and doesn’t even have the audacity to inform customers who can plan their work around it. @ACTFibernet atleast claim that they provide better internet then Airtel. @Airtel_Presence you should really close down your business
