@airtelindia Airtel authorities, please stop putting messages that you are providing 5G internet service you are not giving at least 3G connectivity in many areas. Employees of GACL Dahej are facing network issues for more than 2 years but not a single solution provided by you.

@airtelindia Tell me who do I contact in Mumbai if I want to check availability of fibre bb in my area. Your 121 menu options are confusing. All that we want is to get to an agent on phone and get information. IVRs are a dumb method of providing customer service.

@TRAI @airtelindia Their staff visited at my residence when I was to subscribe for postpaid. But for going back to prepaid, I am forced to move around spaces in the time of Covid. No assurance of betterment in service from their end. No solution to my issues. 4/n
