    @airtelindia Main Airtel ka bhut purana customer hu. Aur mera Airtel wallet Airtel ne block kar diya hai.. aur customer service par phone connect nhi hota hai. Mera wallet chalu kare aur customer care par call connect challu kare.

    @airtelindia Hi there,9952083862 is my number mi have done a recharge through Airtel thanks app and received msg like it will proceed within 4 hrs..I done it by 7.30am .now it's 16.38...still,no updates . also, can't even contact customer exceutive..

    Request num is 0124434380. Your area sales person promise to provide connection in 4 Hrs but now he said there is an technical problems in your area? Am I expecting this service from @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia even before taking your service??

    No call till now @Airtel_Presence . Tell me has Mannika left airtel and your team so morally corrupt not to call me and reply to my msgs. Your services getting from bad to worse. Complaint pending since last 1 year. Worst company @airtelindia Just call me at my number

    @airtelindia Forcing people to use unlimited plans for basic sms service. incoming SMS also stopped for banking. Brutal marketing strategy.

    @airtelindia Tell me who do I contact in Mumbai if I want to check availability of fibre bb in my area. Your 121 menu options are confusing. All that we want is to get to an agent on phone and get information. IVRs are a dumb method of providing customer service.

    @airtelindia You have very very poor services, when I was port my no 9953589905 in your network your employee Mr. Sunil Yadav from sector-44 was committed to me 56 Days free recharge on my same number, now he left the job or whatever the reason is. He was over committed to me

    @TRAI @airtelindia Their staff visited at my residence when I was to subscribe for postpaid. But for going back to prepaid, I am forced to move around spaces in the time of Covid. No assurance of betterment in service from their end. No solution to my issues. 4/n
