  @airtelindia is fraud. I did a recharge of 1198 for IR. There were no signals. Tried manual network selection. Trouble shooting done but no luck. Airtel India has the audacity to tell that refund cannot be given. How dare you keep my money for absolutely nothing in return

I expected reliable service and responsive support from a company like Airtel, but this experience has been extremely frustrating.
