@Airtel_Presence . 5 DAYS OF WAITING. No solid resolution till now. Is this how you treat your customers? 5 days to just install the internet in this wfh generation and still not done. Extremely frustrated. @airtelindia this is pathetic, @ACTFibernet is setting up the same day.

@airtelindia one of the worst services I've come across. I've raised a request for Broadband plan upgrade in November 2021 and I'm still waiting for it to be processed. After numerous follow-ups I still don't see any resolution. Being Airtel Black customer I'm not getting support
