This is 2nd time in a week,I'm writing about poor service of @JioCare at Kamalanagar (Chawngte),Mizoram.There is no service since morning.Most surprising part is that this happens only with Jio whereas @airtelindia services are perfectly durable. High time Jio learns from Airtel

@airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Rgd 08040921320. My credit card has done a yearly payment of Rs.12315/- by mistake and now I called cust care they moved me to monthly 999 plan and now it seems they will credit only Rs.9327 that too after 15 days from now. customer for 10 years
