@Nitesh102030 Technical team ?? Do you still believe they have any such person with @Airtel_Presence or in @airtelindia I believe they have only billing team, they collect money from customer and distribute as their salary and increment.

@airtelindia My broadband is not working since yesterday. Technician investigated the issue and said the issue will be resolved today before 1pm. Since 1pm the technician is not picking the call and issue remains unresolved. Very worst customer service.

@airtelindia You guys have taken your customers for granted. I have been facing issues in my xstream fiber for 6 days now and you don't give a ****. I have spent over 300rs in 6 days over my sim data, Tired of dialing 121 and those guys telling me that it will get fixed.
