    Dear @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence. Why does it take 7 whole days to merely update an email address on my registered phone number. To get an eSIM now I'll have to wait 7 days to first get the email updated and then the eSIM activation process. Some help for a mere emailid update!

    @airtelindia . After 40 hours my internet is still down. Airtel customer care is saying there is no TAT reflecting for resolution. Don't know when my issue will be resolved. Should I shift to other connection. Really frustrated by response.

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Your network in my area has degraded a lot. Even the Airtel app doesn't work on airtel's network. When I switch to my second sim (Jio) everything works. Can you do something about your network the way your advertisements show??

    Worst service by @Airtel_Presence . Broadband down after 2 days of activation and still down from 5 days. Raised complaint called network engineers but no response. Very pathetic. A big no to @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia
