    I stay at one of the luxurious places in Pune and the sad part being the Airtel 4g is so bad that it doesn't allow me to surf internet properly. The network bar resides at 2-3/5. The voice quality is pathetic as well Need help urgently @airtelnews @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence why are you calling me early morning 8am? And Airtel tune starts, after 3 to 4 mins the customer call connects, if I receive this spam calls again from Airtel, I will disconnect all my active connections with Airtel

    @airtelindia @TRAI frustrated by getting a normal data pack since 48 hrs from airtel and no resolution. Only answer we got, I understand your concern. Favorite answer for all escalation. Such big company is overlooking system bug and executive are not able to contact tech team.

    @airtelindia I have asked customer care, booster data pack as data of current plan has been exhausted. Customer care officer has done it activation with date on 25th of Jan instead of today. What is the use today more over my billing cycle start from 26th. And no resolution..

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia no matter where ever I stay the internet & networks is pathetic. its been second time that the issue is persistent for more then a month. Whats the point of paying a premium subscription & getting 2G service instead for 4G. Please payback all bills.

    @airtelindia the amount waived me digitally can’t be used for recharging,then wht is the use of waiving it back then? such a bad company they got wrong still they r not giving me anything,i deserve one recharge from them? never seen this type of behaviour in any other company!!!
