    @airtelindia . It has been months but my postpaid number's internet is exceedingly slow. Despite complaints and waiting, there has been no resolve. Pls look it into the matter soon, else I am afraid that I will have to drop your services.

    @sajithnairc @VodafoneIN I registered a complaint with them after 5 call drops in 60 seconds. No follow up or resolution took place despite of multiple calls to the CC. Finally, when I sent port out req, these people started calling me with bill discounts &offers. Happily liviving with @airtelindia now

    @Ishaanmittal2 @airtelindia Other Telecom companies will also do good if they improve their services because jio has so bad service that it js like 2G in name of 4G...higher recharge rate than other..charges calls to other operator...acting like he has monopoly...

    Yes. @airtelindia is providing weak service all over India. I think it’s Jio’s strategy to make weak all competitors. Except Jio all r having weak service.

    No. Airtel is just cheating. Same reply for all kind of complaints. CMD of Airtel is not interested in India. Poor service. I’ve complained many times but no improvement. @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia

    @VodafoneIN 1 of 2. You @VodafoneIN lost 3.6 crore subscribers and I am one of them. And @airtelindia gained 15.69 customers and I am one of them. Now, I am using my mobilephone as a phone not like a Vodafone paper weight. @TRAI should ban @VodafoneIN for their pathetic service.

    I am having the worst customer experience with Airtel broadband.. I had placed request to change broadband plan one week back. The request was cancelled twice and yesterday it was escalated to manager but still issue unresolved @airtelindia @AirtelRwCares

    @airtelindia I’ve initiated the process for e-sim. I received the confirmation call from Airtel and completed the necessary steps, but I haven’t received any mail with a QR code from Airtel. My sim has lost signal. I am unable to receive any calls or sms. It shows no network.
