    Dear @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence. Why does it take 7 whole days to merely update an email address on my registered phone number. To get an eSIM now I'll have to wait 7 days to first get the email updated and then the eSIM activation process. Some help for a mere emailid update!

    @airtelindia . After 40 hours my internet is still down. Airtel customer care is saying there is no TAT reflecting for resolution. Don't know when my issue will be resolved. Should I shift to other connection. Really frustrated by response.

    @Airtel_Presence No use of writing complains as these complains are closed automatically after 2-3 days without any information. U don't ever inform customer about the action taken. U just send sms that your complain has been resolved. Worst service from @airtelindia

    @airtelindia why from last 3 weeks 5G network became kind of extinct and only 4G is available, in addition to that there is no option to raise query on this in airtel thanks app. Is airtel transitioning to 6G else i dont see the reason. Can anyone clarify pls.

    @airtelindia applied for wi fi did payment on Sat, promised installation by Sunday 4noon. On contacting surveyor Naveen mob no 8840910355 told Sunday closure and no installation. this way u treat customers. I m sure your snail's pace staff is bringing a mistrust among customers.

    @airtelindia Worst ever I have seen services from Airtel, we have taken WiFi services and asked them to put on hold but they cancelled it, again we have asked them to re establish the connection. Now these people are behaving rudely with customers. We have paid 3000 ₹

    @airtelindia Your "Unlimited 5G" claim is becoming impossible to trust. My phone is locked on 5G, yet I keep receiving 2GB data exhaustion alerts and the service degrades afterward.
