    Shame on @airtelindia . Broadband provider are charging bill of 30 days. we are paying bill every month of 30 days but due this connection issues we get broadband services for 25-26 days a month. then why the customer should pay bill of 30 days if we get such interrupted service.

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence I am not able to use broadband from few days as it keeps disconnecting even while the diagnose option on airtel app shows that internet is working. Also I am not able to raise a service request from app as it always ask to call 121. Please help!!

    @airtelindia Really disappointed with #airtelblack service. I am existing postpaid subscribers with family plan. Opted for #airtelblack with broadband and was told first month is free. Got first bill, full charges applied!!

    @airtelindia we are facing lot of issues with airtel broadband. Very frequent internet connectivity drops and not proper support and resolution , such service not expected from Airtel. area - narhe , pune - 411041

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia Facing issues in converting physical sim to eSim. Reaching customer care officer via ivr takes ages. Pls. Help. Why can’t you provide direct number at the end of menu to reach customer care exec. Not everything is resolved through ivr and app

    Paid for #JioFiber new connection on Monday, still waiting for the installation to happen. What a great service @JioCare @reliancejio. I wish my new society had @airtelindia fibre, i would not need to switch. :(

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia I just had my #Airtel Fiber BB issue fixed a couple of days ago and today for the past 30 minutes entire #Airtel coverage is gone. Voice, cellular data, Fiber BB everything is gone. WHAT’s GOING ON? I’m using another network’s hotspot to post this.

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia pathetic service, still no technician assigned for shifting broadband connection. Great communication between Airtel n installation team 👌. Airtel is not aware of who is going to do shifting! Wow 🙏 keep it up 👍

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia The issue seems to have been resolved after a night’s complete outage. Request you to strengthen your infra as much as possible, as it seems too overwhelmed to support such a large user base.

    @airtelindia No network coverage in Shegaon. Perticularly near Shri gjanana maharaj temple. Very bad experience on last trip to Shegaon.

    @airtelindia trying to deactivate or close my Fibre connection from last January 2022 still no response from your side only getting emails it will be solved in 24hrs. And it had been 5months now.should I file a written complaint??

    @airtelindia @sunilbmittal surprised with Airtel Kolkta. In prsnt time wen operators are struggling fr acquisition i frm front wnt to port 2 nos to airtel postpaid but no one from the compny is bothered. Dialed customer service given a TAT of 6hr& nw 24hr gone. Pity Mr Mittal!

    Also Some after some time i lost Network Frequently.. it time to change Network Provider... One Request You to @airtelindia Stop Claiming That you are better service Provider or you have Fastest Network Provider... I'll file the Complain against you for spreading Rumours 🙏

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence I am highly disappointed with the low professionalism and false commitment of your team at Ajmer, Rajasthan. Firstly the sales team makes false promises and ask you to pay. And once the payment is done nobody bother to pick calls & deliver service.

    After waiting for the whole day the installation guy told me that he did visit my home but I was no available. Further I am told that my installation will take further 4-5 days. Is this how Airtel works. @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia This sort of service was not expected at all

    no network from morning, visited a nearby airtel customer care, they took proof provided a dupe sim. (went through the same process last year on 30th June 2020) what's this all about please? now even after using the dupe sim, it says - sim not provisioned for voice @airtelindia
