    @airtelindia, I have switched to Airtel post paid which comes with benifits free one year amazon prime subscriptions. I did not get it and was told by customer service executive that I was a prime member so can’t have it again, does that make sense? I feel I was tricked.

    @Airtel_Presence ,@airtelindia Activate My Broadband account number 7037230637.I am been following up with 121,198 from past 6 days reached out Appealate,Nodal officer.There is reply.Highly disappointed being customer from past 5yrs.Why these days response is so pathetic.

    @airtelindia I have a prepaid no 9088107206 but the number is not working and neither I am able to recharge the same. I need the no. to be in operation. Kindly clarify why the same is not functioning.

    @airtelindia worst service you have. You are taking too much time for new connection, for this type of service you claim to be No 1 provider???

    @airtelindia I have switch my service to some other network to Airtel post and was expecting Amazon prime subscription for one year for free. Turned out I can not have it because I was a prime member in past which does not make sense. Can you check how we can solve this?

    @airtelindia waited online for 15 mins to speak to your customer services regarding my DTH, was then keep on hold by the rep for another 10 mins and then disconnected. This is pathetic service. Need someone to call me back now

    I have got an #airtel Broadband Xstream Connection which works intermittently only. I am trying to login my complaint through #airtelthanks app but the app is so tuned that one cannot register ur complaint. Similar problem is with their helpline. Seek help from @airtelindia
