    Hey @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Pathetic customer service IVR options + Airtel mobile app There's no option to add a new Airtel coupon code. One needs to punch in 20 numbers, wait for 3.5 min and when you do get connected to a rep, he disconnects the call!

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Your network in my area has degraded a lot. Even the Airtel app doesn't work on airtel's network. When I switch to my second sim (Jio) everything works. Can you do something about your network the way your advertisements show??

    Dear @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence. Why does it take 7 whole days to merely update an email address on my registered phone number. To get an eSIM now I'll have to wait 7 days to first get the email updated and then the eSIM activation process. Some help for a mere emailid update!

    @airtelindia Try to get a new DTH connection with Airtel Black, you will understand the pains of an existing customer. A technician came after 2 days/many calls,installed DTH HD box, then took it back stating that I need to pay more as the request he had was not "Black" #JioTV
