    @Dishasatra @VodafoneIN @airtelindia I am feeling other way round. Atleast 1 call drop every hour without any fault of phone or signal. @Airtel_Presence is way more irregular a network on regular phone used by a customer since last 19 years! Disappointed by @airtelindia

    @Airtel_Presence I have been pushed by the sales team to try airtel xstream as I was using airtel fiber and if I don't like I can return it by the month but now they are not ready to cancel and refund the amount I have paid for it. As a customer I feel cheated @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia I have taken up airtel extreme fiber connection recently. My internet is not working since 30+ hours now. I have raised a complaint more than 24hrs. I did 10+ calls in a day to customer care.Still no resolution. Service req 130956196

    @airtelindia Your service has become really pathetic with your brilliant executives asking to visit airtel stores. On the other hand they themselves inform that no stores are open due to lockdown. I have no clarification of my account or dues, kindly make a proper call asap.

    @VGSREDDY @airtelindia I am also experiencing similar problems. No mobile network, landline not working properly. Emails getting bounced. Having problems since 22nd April. My mom is really struggling. Every time she calls team says 24 to 48 hrs.
