@airtelindia @Airtel_Presence @airtelnews @TRAI @NSEIndia @BSEIndia There is lot of network issue in @chikodi pin 591201. We are facing call drops, one way calls and mute call issues. This is not the acceptable service for the amount you guys are charging to customer.

@airtelindia @sachin_rt It’s been multiple times that I’ve raise a request for an Airtel broadband connection but to no avail. I even called customer care & was told I’d receive a call within 4 hrs, yet no one called. It seems like Airtel is least interest in providing their service. Disappointed.

Hello @CRED_support , it’s 3rd day and still you don’t have a resolution ? What’s d update on the escalation you did to @airtelindia to resolve the recharge issue. Either refund my money or get the recharge processed today.

What pathetic customer service you have @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Shame! I, raised a complaint yesterday 3pm for non-functioning of my fibre broadband not even an engineer has been assigned to my case & resolution time has been shifted 3 times. Ticket ID- 10167229466.
