I believe it's all staged and your so called 24/7 Ai chatbot? It's just pathetic. Tried to fill a compliment via the app everything leads to not helpful.

Visited for new esim, but ur employee said esim has been banned for prepaid. You will need to convert it to postpaid. Same I got done from private vendor seating nearby ur store. @TRAI

I am feeling very disappointed and cheated by his overall behaviour. Need urgent attention and resolution on this. This is impacting the goodwill of Airtel.
