    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence @airtelnews @TRAI @NSEIndia @BSEIndia There is lot of network issue in @chikodi pin 591201. We are facing call drops, one way calls and mute call issues. This is not the acceptable service for the amount you guys are charging to customer.

    Dear @airtelindia, what’s happening in Mumbai? Last 3 days, daily I’m getting: “Wi-Fi issue in your area, resolution in 5-6 hrs.” Every single day? How r ppl supposed to work like this? Paying full bills for pathetic service and repetitive copy-paste updates. Fix it permanently.

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence it’s been 2 months and stil no refund. Every reply is just copy-paste with no actual resolution. This is harassment now. Airtel customer support is completely useless. Process the refund immediately or be ready for escalation with all screenshots

    @airtelindia why there is no way to connect to your customer support? Everything is automated and useless. I am not able to transfer my esim and now I am not able to use it 😡 @reliancejio has better transfer process than yours. Need support related to this @airtelindia

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence I took an Airtel WiFi connection 5 months ago and have received at least 30 outage messages in 30 days. My work was affected for an entire week once, and today they cut the WiFi without notice, disrupting my important meetings. 1/2

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence I was promised a late payment waiver for not cancelling my postpaid number. But again this month you've charged me late payment fees where you were still not able to resolve the network issue. @TRAI

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence My Airtel number 7728079719 signal is gone after applying for postpaid to prepaid via Thanks app. I have cleared all dues. Store staff is falsely claiming a 120-day rule to avoid activation. Please complete my e-KYC and resume services immediately

    Extremely disappointed with @airtelindia WiFi. Took connection in Jan 2026, but facing frequent disconnections and poor service. Today’s outage started at 3 PM, still no resolution despite multiple complaints. Worst service experience Waste of money. #Airtel #PoorService #worst

    Airtel Black & Airtel Wi-Fi is the worst service in India. If u weren't able to provide a proper service please don't give the connection at all. @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence
