    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence @airtelnews @TRAI @NSEIndia @BSEIndia There is lot of network issue in @chikodi pin 591201. We are facing call drops, one way calls and mute call issues. This is not the acceptable service for the amount you guys are charging to customer.

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Issue has not been resolved yet . Do you people have any TAT or it will be a never ending loop. I am thinking switch to a better and stable network provider who can provide me atleast a stable internet.

    Totally unhappy with your app and response for chat help, i am out of country and was exploring international packs, by mistake it got activated and now there is no option of deactivation!! And while try to get this done for help no option is thr @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence

    @airtelindia After SIM swap, I can’t buy IR packs or track IR usage in app due to “Error fetching info”.This issue has continued for 2 months.Raised tickets 311000012-738549&905575, 316769082875838,but no fix. Tickets are closed without resolution, often a missed call. Please fix

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Hi Team, Could you help me with either of the issues? 1) Billing issue - Premium Netflix charges included possibly due to multiple screens used, no restriction to number of screens 2) Help me change plan to 200 mbps, its available but not working
