    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia I applied to converted my Airtel prepaid number to Post paid number and its been almost 2 days & till now it is not activated. I tried to reach out 121/ 198 service to speak to Cust Care executive but WORST IVR service I ever come across. Shame on U

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia The technician came and solved the problem. He was the same technician who came to install the set top box.He didn't fixed the dish tightly. So it was clearly airtel's mistake.Kindly refund the amount charged on dth from 16th nov to 24th nov 2020.
