    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence @airtelnews @TRAI @NSEIndia @BSEIndia There is lot of network issue in @chikodi pin 591201. We are facing call drops, one way calls and mute call issues. This is not the acceptable service for the amount you guys are charging to customer.

    This is misleading and unfair to users who are paying for an unlimited 5G service. Airtel should clearly explain the terms instead of making customers pay extra every day. Please resolve this issue and be transparent with your users. @airtelindia

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Please help me disconnect my wifi connection for your poor customer service. As a black customer with 2 postpaid, 2 Airfiber and dth I am really tired of disconnected calls from agents and no show from technicians. WFH ❌ Talking to Airtel team ✅

    @airtelindia keep receiving daily SMS regarding an Airtel number that does not belong to me. Please check your records and remove my contact details from that account. I don’t want to receive any further messages related to someone else’s number. Please resolve this issue. 🙏

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia What kind of marketing strategy is this? Both Airtel Centers in Nagpur refused to give me a new WiFi Dongle as my old one is not working. The Center Head says I must buy a new plan first! Seriously disappointing. @jagograhakjago Please check your DM, for details.

    @airtelindia my wifi is not working since last 2 days and getting only maintainence messages. What do you think my money spent on these days goes in vain. Even if there is a delay of 1 min you stop working. You should give me some form of bonus on this #ConsumerProtection
