    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence @airtelnews @TRAI @NSEIndia @BSEIndia There is lot of network issue in @chikodi pin 591201. We are facing call drops, one way calls and mute call issues. This is not the acceptable service for the amount you guys are charging to customer.

    One genuine question for @airtelindia: When customer care says "high priority", what does it actually mean? Because after days of waiting, multiple escalations, repeated promises, and no resolution, "high priority" seems to mean "wait another few hours."

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia Horrible. Payment made 10 days ago for which receipt received both in app as well as mail. The mesh still not installed. Made at least 13 calls, no one knows. Always being told that the issue is being escalated for the past 9 days. Pathetic service.

    @airtelindia @airtelindia the complaint has been marked as resolved without any resolution. Extremely poor customer care service by Airtel. Will be porting to other service provider soon. Thanx @airtelindia .

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Other companies solved my issues in days. With Airtel 4+ months and still no fix. Complaints closed, data wasted, calls dropping. Recharge expires by 1 day and service stops instantly, but customers wait months for network issues to be fixed. Why?

    @airtelbank @airtelindia You have not understood my query and responded. My query was about not being able to pay more than 6k on a transaction and not finding the option to incr it in safe banking. Where have you resolved that issue?
