    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence @AirtelKK trying to convert my physical sim to esim. Verification and customer care calls gets disconnected in the middle of the process.Reaching customer care is impossible. Trying continuously from past 2 days. Is there any way to resolve this.

    @airtelindia They are horrible! Inferior! Yesterday i registered to airtel xstream fibre installation.The team said your service resume in within 3 hr. I started feeling cheated, I tried to call the team no one answering the call. after trying multiple times.

    @airtelindia Hello I am one of your customer. I have raised an broadband shifting request on 14 July 2021 from Gerugambakkam to chrompet chennai(with in city) . still now my broadband connection was not yet complete at my new address. As of today 4days gone. Worst customer care😒

    @airtelindia Totally lie…. Such a Pathetic network …. I had recharge for 1 year in middle the remove all live channels from Xstream app and nw network is also so poor what the promise 2gb data per day even that 4g speed is like 1g … my 195 day left after that I will quit forever 9819944624

    @airtelindia Highly disappointed with this service provider. Disaster internet.Promise to give 60 device connection but not even 1 device working properly.Dont ever go to airtel.very bad customer service. total money wasted.
