    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia Following up again as I'm not able to receive messages on vo-wifi when there's no signal. (calls are working fine and I can send messages too on vowifi but not receive sms). Please look into it. @DoT_India

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence @AirtelKK trying to convert my physical sim to esim. Verification and customer care calls gets disconnected in the middle of the process.Reaching customer care is impossible. Trying continuously from past 2 days. Is there any way to resolve this.

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence e hello officals from Airtel there is no Airtel internet service in my location it's been a very lonh time we a employees need a good internet connection but we haven't got better internet provider here i am requesting you to please look into it.

    If you pay them the unnecessarily charges they will do everything from their end otherwise they will give you immense headache to resolve the issue. I feel @airtelindia is doing malpractice in this way.

    @airtelindia do not go with AIRTEL network. All are lazy and only they have interest on selling new connections. No one cares the customers until they file case in consumer court.

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia - 24 hrs to address an issue? So i loose 1 day of my 90 day pack. And this happens twice in every cycle. 2 days per cycle, 8 days a year. Should there be a remuneration policy? #airtelhelp #airteldown

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia your network is so so so pathetic on railway network in Mumbai.... I dont know on what basis ur upgrading to #5G if your #4G is so pathetic
