    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia Following up again as I'm not able to receive messages on vo-wifi when there's no signal. (calls are working fine and I can send messages too on vowifi but not receive sms). Please look into it. @DoT_India

    Worse customer service from @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence! Paid ₹3537 for a 3-month Wi-Fi plan (0654221672552_wifi), but zero OTT benefits (Hotstar, Apple TV) are activated. Your team is mixing up my mobile & broadband accounts and closing tickets blindly. Fix this ASAP!
