@Airtel_Presence @airtelindia Following up again as I'm not able to receive messages on vo-wifi when there's no signal. (calls are working fine and I can send messages too on vowifi but not receive sms). Please look into it. @DoT_India

@airtelindia @Airtel_Presence @AirtelKK trying to convert my physical sim to esim. Verification and customer care calls gets disconnected in the middle of the process.Reaching customer care is impossible. Trying continuously from past 2 days. Is there any way to resolve this.

@airtelindia I have ported my sim to Airtel 4G. Number 7588925529. I get 4G signal but Volte option is not available. My mobile is volte compatible. When I check IMS, it is not registered. Please solve this problem as soon as possible.

@MannSay @airtelindia @TRAI Yes.they are doing delay reply and cheating. I informed customer care and airtel office in OMR, they did not provide proper reply. Its happens on November 26th 2020. Till I am waiting

For what I'm paying for @airtelindia Company. Their internet does not work , I can understand slow but even I cant play 144p in @YouTubeIndia . Really dissatisfied. Please suggest me a good sim which can atlest play 144p video.
