    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia Following up again as I'm not able to receive messages on vo-wifi when there's no signal. (calls are working fine and I can send messages too on vowifi but not receive sms). Please look into it. @DoT_India

    Airtel has the worst network, and it does not fix even after complaining, I would advise that Prayagraj may not take any airtel sim. @airtelindia

    @Renuks @airtelindia On calls, they make all sorts of stupid excuses but wont freaking fix the problem! I’m done with @airtelindia . Last 2 weeks hv been absolute agony. I literally had to raise the problem with their customer experience head on Twitter for them to even look into my service issues

    @Renuks @airtelindia Finally a verified twitter handle seconds what I have been saying for the past 2 years! Absolutely pathetic service during each of my 5 international trips in the last 2 years. And their customer service is the worst. @airtelindia 1/2

    Now that I have wi fi - I strongly recommend no one ever use @airtelindia when you travel. The international roaming is a scam never works and the service helpline is by far the worst I have ever experienced!
