@Airtel_Presence @airtelindia Following up again as I'm not able to receive messages on vo-wifi when there's no signal. (calls are working fine and I can send messages too on vowifi but not receive sms). Please look into it. @DoT_India

@airtelindia @Airtel_Presence @AirtelKK trying to convert my physical sim to esim. Verification and customer care calls gets disconnected in the middle of the process.Reaching customer care is impossible. Trying continuously from past 2 days. Is there any way to resolve this.

@Airtel_Presence @airtelindia I’m riddled with problems coming into your operator. I’ve registered my email id after PORTing to Airtel from Airtel app. It’s also verified I’ve the verification email but while trying to register for eSIM, its telling me my email is not registered with this number?

@airtelindia Are you mad? Daily 2-4 calls to install Airtel Black when I have shown interest. In each call I said yes, pls install it but not installed for last 1.5 months. Stop Harassing me by calling repeatedly. Provide service and not just marketting call, work internally 1st!

@airtelindia First you said for 4G you need to buy 4G mobile. I bought . now you say for 5G you need to buy 5G mobile. But what's the use for buying or upgrading mobile when there is no network. Do u think money grows in trees ? Find a way in which 5G works in 4G mobile.
