    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence @AirtelKK trying to convert my physical sim to esim. Verification and customer care calls gets disconnected in the middle of the process.Reaching customer care is impossible. Trying continuously from past 2 days. Is there any way to resolve this.

    @airtelindia have been calling customer care for 2 days First time i called they said it was a modem problem and said they had to replace it Second they are saying its server problem . Both the times they took code and left and haven't contacted me I dont have internet for 2 days

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia My DTH ID is 3006185061. I raised a service request today with no. 47605035. Your team unilaterally changed the status of this request as RESOLVED. No one visited me and it's resolved? What a pathetic service to 10 year old customer.

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Seems like reaching out via social media also doesn’t help. 3 complaints later - all resolved without any conclusion - and after a tweet/Facebook DM, Airtel said they have called us to resolve the discussion but there was nothing done from their side

    @airtelindia i just made a call for my sim verification i got no response from airtel kolkata , i ungently need sim card today itself or else i am switching my network . Its shame that you guys arent replying the customer

    @nitin1315 @airtelindia @TRAI There will be a lot more consequences in near future, having very few service providers in this domain. There will be a monopoly soon. There is no recharge to keep your number active for a year (minimum is 79/28 days now from 49). 13 months a year as per the telecom industry😠

    @Overactinggggg @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia Same here, in a city like Mumbai their network is absolute ****. Internet works at 2G speed and most of the time the range shows just one or max 2 at times. Pathetic service and pathetic network. Alas we are left we no other choice than Jio and Voda.Less competition less quality
