@Airtel_Presence @airtelindia Following up again as I'm not able to receive messages on vo-wifi when there's no signal. (calls are working fine and I can send messages too on vowifi but not receive sms). Please look into it. @DoT_India

@airtelindia @Airtel_Presence @AirtelKK trying to convert my physical sim to esim. Verification and customer care calls gets disconnected in the middle of the process.Reaching customer care is impossible. Trying continuously from past 2 days. Is there any way to resolve this.

@Airtel_Presence @airtelindia Fibre connectivity is poor and delayed response of attending complaint. Internet service or signal very poor in Shriji garden Bakalpur Mathura. Repeated complaints has standard reply without any action. Next time recharge with JIO. VERY SHAMEFUL.
