@Airtel_Presence @airtelindia Following up again as I'm not able to receive messages on vo-wifi when there's no signal. (calls are working fine and I can send messages too on vowifi but not receive sms). Please look into it. @DoT_India

@airtelindia @Airtel_Presence @AirtelKK trying to convert my physical sim to esim. Verification and customer care calls gets disconnected in the middle of the process.Reaching customer care is impossible. Trying continuously from past 2 days. Is there any way to resolve this.

It's pathetic..I got frustrated with the services of Airtel @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia. I paid for 4G services but I am not even getting 1G services and they are claiming to be No. 1 network of India. I had made complaints n number of times but there is no response.
