    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence @AirtelKK trying to convert my physical sim to esim. Verification and customer care calls gets disconnected in the middle of the process.Reaching customer care is impossible. Trying continuously from past 2 days. Is there any way to resolve this.

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence I shared my number and followed up as well but didn't get any call or msg from you'll. This is how you'll address customers grievances & escalation. This approach is very unprofessional, just showing ads on TV will not help you'll to retain customers

    Switched to @airtelindia from VI considering good network..but this is worst than VI network, not able to connect in open spaces as well.

    @airtelindia your network is getting Worst day by day when i use my airtel Internet I feel like I am living in 2G era I am unable to browsing properly due To your poor internet connection I request you too please help otherwise I have to port my SIM.
