@Airtel_Presence @airtelindia Following up again as I'm not able to receive messages on vo-wifi when there's no signal. (calls are working fine and I can send messages too on vowifi but not receive sms). Please look into it. @DoT_India

@airtelindia @Airtel_Presence @AirtelKK trying to convert my physical sim to esim. Verification and customer care calls gets disconnected in the middle of the process.Reaching customer care is impossible. Trying continuously from past 2 days. Is there any way to resolve this.

Never call airtel for that.@VodafoneGroup called every day for port and i always deny.I never called VI for port my number in Vodafone so how i am getting call from airtel for i submitted request to VI for port.@airtelindia please help. #PORTSCAM.

In the midst of a cut-throat competition from other better service providers, are you willing to keep losing your customers like this @airtelindia and @Airtel_Presence ? I've been working with various organisations in the past but never have I ever come across such apathy.

@airtelindia can provide Sim and Plans but they can't provide the best call network, internet service and you can raise your query on the airtel app just for your assurance and forget about resolution. #worstnetwork.

It has been just 12 days since I've started using Airtel broadband n I've faced issue atleast 4-5 times.Every second day the internet stops to work and I've to keep contacting the support assistance n end up as a never ending loop.Worst service ever @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia
