    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia Following up again as I'm not able to receive messages on vo-wifi when there's no signal. (calls are working fine and I can send messages too on vowifi but not receive sms). Please look into it. @DoT_India

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence @AirtelKK trying to convert my physical sim to esim. Verification and customer care calls gets disconnected in the middle of the process.Reaching customer care is impossible. Trying continuously from past 2 days. Is there any way to resolve this.

    Hi @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia, 4G LTE has automatically disabled on my SIM card. My SIM card is only connecting to 2G and not connecting to 4G. Customer support is also not helping. The issue is with SIM card or service provider, not my mobile device. Kindly help

    @airtelindia Order id 218963893 for Intallation of new Fiber and Dth which is pending since 3rd or Apr. Complaint register with Complaint no 122393369. Still no response from any one.

    Tried to port to u @airtelindia There was some issue with jio net. But with u even number (9904876075) isnt being activated and there is no way to talk to a person to enquire - online status check link is also broken.and btw you are a phone company!! alt no. 7874177940 @Airtel_P
