@Airtel_Presence @airtelindia Following up again as I'm not able to receive messages on vo-wifi when there's no signal. (calls are working fine and I can send messages too on vowifi but not receive sms). Please look into it. @DoT_India

Why does @airtelindia suck so much. Every night the wifi is down and y’all want me to wait for 4 hours to receive an update on what’s even going on when it’s 4 am and I need to use the internet right now. So much for #airtelcares @Airtel_Presence ?? This is plain frustrating.
