    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence @AirtelKK trying to convert my physical sim to esim. Verification and customer care calls gets disconnected in the middle of the process.Reaching customer care is impossible. Trying continuously from past 2 days. Is there any way to resolve this.

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia Following up again as I'm not able to receive messages on vo-wifi when there's no signal. (calls are working fine and I can send messages too on vowifi but not receive sms). Please look into it. @DoT_India

    I raised my concern @airtelindia to install wifi in Hoddi area from past 4 days....still the company is not able to install the wifi...I am black member of @airtelindia ....but still not getting any service on time....@airtelindia look into the matter and please do the needful.

    @airtelindia Extremely poor experience. Trying to unbundle Airtel Black (7980401860) for 15 days. 7–8 calls, dues cleared, still no action. Only delays, “technical issues” & 30-min retention harassment calls. Process immediately or escalating to TRAI & consumer forum. #Airtel

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence @TRAI Airtel is such a fraud company with no morales. You attact customers with your lucrative schemes and once the customer is onboard there is no support ehatsover. Now I can't leave because I have recharged for whole year. Helllpppppp Meeeeee
