    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia Following up again as I'm not able to receive messages on vo-wifi when there's no signal. (calls are working fine and I can send messages too on vowifi but not receive sms). Please look into it. @DoT_India

    @airtelindia Mobile network - only 2 bars inside the house. Poor network - Cant even call to customer care. Call disconnected 3 times. Why should i pay 1000 more for same/reduced service? 😳

    @airtelindia What kind services and customer service airtel is providing, I have contacted customer care twice, paid advance connection fee of 2890 still it's been 5 days since ,no one has contacted for installation of broadbnd. Local providers do it in a day, really disappointed

    Dear @airtelindia I have applied for Airtel Xtreme fiber connection in Darbhanga Bihar, but your service provider in Darbhanga have cancel my connections just after the payment for fiber connection. My Airtel Xtreme fiber connection no. was 062724943239.

    @airtelindia Why is my internet not working despite raising numerous complaints, mails and unlimited phone calls made to customer care in last 4 days. This is serious mental torture and harassment by Airtel. You are degrading your brand image day by day. REVERT ASAP

    @airtelindia Extremely poor service by airtel. Do not Launch different type of plans better to serve good service. My data consume suddenly 50% & after 1 hour it’s consumed 90% while phone is ideal /without any use..kindly let me know is this new scam to looted poor people??

    Dear @airtelindia, as if your telecom blows weren’t enough, your DTH services too have plummeted sharply. Have been registering the same complaint for the last three days and the issue has yet not been addressed. Have received ‘issue resolved’ texts thrice, though.
