    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia Following up again as I'm not able to receive messages on vo-wifi when there's no signal. (calls are working fine and I can send messages too on vowifi but not receive sms). Please look into it. @DoT_India

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Airtel postpaid is trap first they let you in then charge unnecessarily and they didnt not allow us to convert in prepaid or port to other network easily. don't go for postpaid. customer care also not supportive. rates/charges/plans are expensive.

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Need Help! All of a sudden, there is no network in my Airtel number which I have been using for 4-5 years now. The alternate Airtel number is up and running in the same handset but the main number is down for 3 hrs now with no network. Can you help?

    @airtelindia Airtel wifi not working since morning. The guy from airtel came but he couldn't resolve the issue. Then they closed the ticket number and marked it resolved without actually resolving the issue. Please help. This is causing great inconvenience. @Airtel_Presence

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Internet service is extremely poor in buildings on CV Raman Marg in Jamia Nagar, Delhi. One literally has to step out in the open and then also hope that it works. Kindly look into it. Many have switched to other servers to get better internet.
