    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia Following up again as I'm not able to receive messages on vo-wifi when there's no signal. (calls are working fine and I can send messages too on vowifi but not receive sms). Please look into it. @DoT_India

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence @AirtelKK trying to convert my physical sim to esim. Verification and customer care calls gets disconnected in the middle of the process.Reaching customer care is impossible. Trying continuously from past 2 days. Is there any way to resolve this.

    @airtelindia @airtelnews hey listen my WiFi outage has lasted for more than 7 days and yet your customer care executive asked me to recharge. And the issue has not been resolved still. If you can't provide service let me know and return my money and take away your connection.

    Since 1:45 pm on July 6, Agashi (Virar W) has been without mobile network. Almost every major telecom operator has gone silent, leaving an entire region disconnected. In 2026, how can basic connectivity be disrupted for so long with no clear updates or accountability @airtelindia

    @airtelindia Tryin2 get a duplicate Corp. Sim which is the prima no. Sms is to same no. Still no resolution No t no. for airtel business. Wht kind of service are you running?

    @airtelindia Absolutely ridiculous service. You don’t even know the difference between flash messages and sms and you are trying to resolve my issue? Just process my recharge refund urgently. You are unable to resolve the issue since months now. @airtelindia
