@Airtel_Presence @airtelindia Following up again as I'm not able to receive messages on vo-wifi when there's no signal. (calls are working fine and I can send messages too on vowifi but not receive sms). Please look into it. @DoT_India

@airtelindia @Airtel_Presence @AirtelKK trying to convert my physical sim to esim. Verification and customer care calls gets disconnected in the middle of the process.Reaching customer care is impossible. Trying continuously from past 2 days. Is there any way to resolve this.

Dear sir/ma’am it has been 5 days since I am unable to use my Airtel broadband service.. I spoke today in the morning again around 10.30 where the lady confirmed it will be resolved in next 4 hours. We are at 4.30 in the evening and no response even now! What a shame @airtelindia
