    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia Following up again as I'm not able to receive messages on vo-wifi when there's no signal. (calls are working fine and I can send messages too on vowifi but not receive sms). Please look into it. @DoT_India

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence @AirtelKK trying to convert my physical sim to esim. Verification and customer care calls gets disconnected in the middle of the process.Reaching customer care is impossible. Trying continuously from past 2 days. Is there any way to resolve this.

    @Itz_HarshXD @airtelindia I don't think shifting to jio will help too because I use jio now a days even when I conect to my pc using hotspot as my phone data gets slower and at the same time if I download on smartphone it working perfectly I think jio will soon anounce the same thing In future after airte

    @airtelindia We have already raised multiple complaints: • Complaint #4512670517 • Complaint #4513116838 Yet nothing has been resolved. Every interaction results in another assurance, but no actual disconnection and no reversal of the incorrect charges. 5/8

    even after raising request and talking with customer care to delete the add on number from my family pack . airtel keep closing request and sending bills . new scam by Airtel to there postpaid bill customer. they don't remove add on number @airtelindia
