    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence @AirtelKK trying to convert my physical sim to esim. Verification and customer care calls gets disconnected in the middle of the process.Reaching customer care is impossible. Trying continuously from past 2 days. Is there any way to resolve this.

    @airtelindia Total fraud! I am going to port my sim. You have worst customer service. I was using 8174055098 as my number for more than 5 years. Now I am done. Useless.
