@Airtel_Presence @airtelindia Following up again as I'm not able to receive messages on vo-wifi when there's no signal. (calls are working fine and I can send messages too on vowifi but not receive sms). Please look into it. @DoT_India

@airtelindia @Airtel_Presence @AirtelKK trying to convert my physical sim to esim. Verification and customer care calls gets disconnected in the middle of the process.Reaching customer care is impossible. Trying continuously from past 2 days. Is there any way to resolve this.

Airtel fiber is at it again.There is no internet service at my location for the last 10 hrs.Also i am not able to raise any complaint on app.I am fed up and frustrated by this abysmal service provided by airtel. Please do no install airtel fiber. @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia

@airtelindia #Airtel I had lodged a complaint for rectification of wifi services. Service engg neither turned up nor acted on the complaint and on his own rescheduled it for tomorrow on pretext that I have asked reschedulement. Shameless. Deficient service. Fraud.
