    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence @AirtelKK trying to convert my physical sim to esim. Verification and customer care calls gets disconnected in the middle of the process.Reaching customer care is impossible. Trying continuously from past 2 days. Is there any way to resolve this.

    Is moving to postpaid mandated while porting to Airtel from another service provider @airtelindia ? I have been trying for a prepaid Sim since a month now.. but I always get the same answer to take postpaid. Not sure why? Can you confirm please

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence @airtelnews Your customer care don't solve issue and close the tickets. Very disappointing. Kindly resolve this issue, it's totally unacceptable as you're charging significantly higher than prepaid and providing worse than prepaid. #Airtel_Postpaid_Scam #Airtel

    @airtelindia After raising multiple complaints, I’ve come to one simple conclusion: Airtel is excellent at making promises, but not so good at solving problems. Every time I complain, I get assurances — but no actual resolution. Network issues continue.

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia @airtelnews Really disappointed with the service as installation is not done yet even after multiple followups with customer support, Sales Team & installation team. Installation team is saying it's cancelled, without my confirmation, but in app it's under process.

    Airtel 5G network is very poor in Hampasagara 2. The 5G signal may show, but the internet speed and stability are not good at all. Please check the nearby Airtel tower/network and improve the 5G service in this area. @airtelindia @airtelindia

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence I need to connect to customer care. Your chatbot is absolutely sh*t sorry to say. Data services are not working and it asks to switch on mobile data for running diagnostics.

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence I’m extremely disappointed with the service from your Airtel DTH technician. The technician is asking me to pay ₹450 as a service charge, whereas I understand the applicable service charge is ₹150. When I questioned the additional amount.

    Hi Airtel, @airtelindia The 5G network has become extremely unstable lately. The signal keeps fluctuating between 5G, 4G, and no/poor connectivity, making it difficult to use the internet consistently. Please look into the network issue and provide a stable 5G service. #Airtel
