    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence @AirtelKK trying to convert my physical sim to esim. Verification and customer care calls gets disconnected in the middle of the process.Reaching customer care is impossible. Trying continuously from past 2 days. Is there any way to resolve this.

    @airtelindia I have been using Airtel since 2007. Now without informing me my number has been closed down. Reason no KYC updated. Even upgrading to 4G they asked my aadhar and updated my kyc. Now saying my number has been a different person id. Seriously so disgusting. Why airtel

    @airtelindia refund my amount. Now my account has 2 broadband connections open which i never asked for. And the agent who promised me installation never picks up. Cancel all the broadband requests I had and refund my amount ffs

    @airtelindia , lost my mobile network since 8pm yesterday. Tried everything but am stuck and dependent on my wifi. Unable to even call customer care. HELP!
