You should've not started the service if you can't manage it.I think Airtel is just another company who just take money from the customers and leave them hanging at point of providing services, Whatever Airtel promises seems like just name sake now. @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia

@airtelindia Today is 25 July and there is no response from them. I think we made a mistake by taking 6 months recharge. Excellent service @airtelindia . Let my recharge end in september. I'm not gonna take it again. And will suggest everyone not to take airtel broadband. Rula kr Chor denge

@airtelindia What an amazing service Do airtel provides 👏 My airtel Xstream (broadband) isn't working since July 22 evening 6pm. I'm trying to connect but everytime I try to connect to customer care they says that the service will resume by 8pm or 4pm. But It isn't resolved yet.

@airtelindia i am trying to call your customer support from past 2 days by calling on 198 and 121 but the calls aren’t ready to give me an option to call customer support agent. Kindly look into this matter otherwise i have to port my number in other telecom services
