    @airtelindia having an horrendous experience dealing with ur customer care service. my plan was changed to monthly due to a back end glitch. Post verification,they let go a partial amount and asked to renew my plan with an assurance that the pending amount will get adjusted.

    @airtelindia @DoT_India I choose Airtel black on 27th july and till now DTH is not installed. On asking they are asking me to pay more. Customer care don't have reason to cancel it and again the order was placed on 18th aug and no action taken from AirtelDigitalTV team. #airteldigitaltv

    @airtelindia Your executives are simply useless,and providing only irritation. Making people money stuck isnt a good banking system,might there are many like me in the trails also your stores are not helpful,with bad attitude,justified?Simply making a customer feel being cheated.

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence pathetic service! Req to convert corporate sim to personal name. Gave docs 2 wks back at santacruz w center. Recd new sim but not yet activated. Official Monish attended & promised 10days back that it will be done but now not even picking the calls.
