    @airtelindia I am facing internet issue from last three days. When I call customer service, every time they told me issue will get resolve in 2-4 hrs but no one have visited nor have I received any call. This is totally frustrating and irresponsible behaviour.

    @airtelindia Worst service provider. They don't reply to the messages. Their social media specialist team resolves the post without replying.

    @JioCare I have been hearing this for a long time now. On the mail it was mentioned 9th would be the last day for this complaint. Still no update ? It’s difficult for us this way. Please let us know today or we can switch back to @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence
