    Planned and Unplanned internet outages are not being adjusted automatically in the bill. Customers are forced to pay for the whole month when the service is not provided for the whole month. @airtelindia are you planning to fix it? @jagograhakjago

    Airtel Black scheme is a joke. Rude area TL Mr Nayyaz ( Bangalore Marathahalli), take adv for wifi booster, come home & say cant find signal/ booster not possible & cancel request. Prime Blr location, Airtel still cannot provide wifi in a penthouse @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia

    @airtelindia I have raised complained many times but I haven't get ready from any of Airtel customer service executive or any technician, I complained for another operator Jio technician came physically to check network issue and now I am getting faster internet speed, Thanks

    @airtelnews @airtelindia i live in Chandigaon near Palghar city but at my home airtel 2G is not working properly. You guys are launching 5G We are tired of complaining so many times with gallery visits, mails, sms. We had taken the name of Ratan Tata sir but nothing is of any use.
