And unable to check outgoing as it is 4-5 digit number (never called). It happened in past as well and when we reached your customer, as expected they didn't provide the adject reason for high bill. I'm your customer for more than 10 yrs and still becoming fool. @airtelindia

@airtelindia Yes they are doing their job some would argue, but if I need a credit card, I will call the bank, walk in to a branch, do whatever, but I didn’t sign up to get a call when I am not expecting one. I am switching my service provider if this doesn’t stop.
