@airtelindia your marketing strategy is pathetic. When i was on aa lower postpaid plan and was using @vodafone Your speed used to be better than Vodafone. So i upgraded to costly postpaid plan and ur speed now sucks. Will cancel the plan and switch to @reliancejio

@rsidd120 @nytimes seems to be trend these days--even with #airtelindia - insist on talking to customer service and yet not authorised to cancel or help with a connection...and then will call several times a day to ask the same question--without any update or clue what has been discussed.
