@Airtel_Presence @airtelindia are u by any chance doing selective blocking of #4G SIM, as out of the blue around 8pm #sim says “no service” tried all possible method, no luck then went to nearest mobile shop they said off late #Airtel SIM card is blocked u need2change 5G s it so?

@Airtel_Presence @airtelindia When called Customer team, they informed that they don't hv such offers & told me get Prime subscription from Amazon App (at the usual cost which @AmazonHelp provides) which leads to this exact question - Was ur offer Fake & misleading! Pls clarify?

No wonder why a new telecom company came into market and became the largest mobile network operator in India in just 5 years. @airtelindia was known for its customer service, seems they are also loosing the grip. Made me suffer for three months now. @Airtel_Presence
