@airtelindia @Airtel_Presence The SIM which was activated in 4 hours took 60 hours to activate that too when three rounds to the service center and 10 tweets In the lockdown, the entire work is done on the phone. Airtel admits that we made a mistake but Airtel does not care.

@airtelindia Pathetic service support during lockdown My airtel broadband line 080 49570171 is not working from 1st June,21. On 6th i placed a complaint 131903024 Till today (7th June 21) no action has been taken. The line is still not working.

@airtelindia very poor services by airtel they deduct balance without given any services. I didnt make a any call and send any sms still they deduct 38Rs and their executive committed that it will reverse within 48 hours but now 48 days gone but still my issue is not resolved..

@airtelindia not solving issue for days and demanding a week more. Customers are unable to use data & call service . I have material to show against you as 12 of family members are airtel users. Will file case in consumer court then will port 12 users to another company.
