    Airtel, by far is the worst network in India. Not only because they claim to have 4g but are not even capable of delivering 2g speeds. But also because, they claim to be the fastest 4g network in India, but clearly they are the worst. @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia

    Yes, It is one of the worst network provider in India. It promises to deliver 4G speed, but it fails to deliver even 2G.Its very difficult to get the signal itself. It has the worst customer service, since it has millions of subscribers. @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia

    Airtel service is very slow, incoming and outgoing calls are not possible.On 4G recharge, internet is running at 2G speed.2 months recharge money is being wasted.I request Airtel service to fix the network problem.Otherwise it will be ported out. @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia @DoT_India I would like to raise a complaint regarding an unauthorized change made to my Airtel Wi-Fi service. My prepaid connection was converted to a postpaid connection without my consent or approval, and a bill has now been generated for this change. I did not request or authorize this conversion, and I am concerned about how such a change was processed without my confirmation. I request an immediate investigation into this matter, reversal of the connection to the original prepaid plan, and waiver of any charges raised due to this unauthorized conversion. Please treat this as urgent and resolve it at the earliest.

    @airtelindia when you guys are going to fix the internet issues in the khargone area. I am running a software company which highly requires a good internet 24/7 but from the past few days your internet connection is very uncertain. This is so frustrating and not acceptable.

    Very disappointed with Airtel customer service. For the last 3 months, I have been trying to merge my postpaid family numbers, but instead of resolving the issue, Airtel keeps adding unnecessary charges to my bill. @airtelindia

    I seriously doubt if Airtel disconnects the network on weekdays. Whenever I'm on WFH or leave, the modem isnt working. Happened multiple times but today it's out for the entire day. I have used twitter more for customer care than fun.. Indian consumers are doomed @airtelindia

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia @airtelnews Day 27 since the reporting issue. Finally. Airtel had solved the issue. and i have received my network and recharge amount back to my number. 27 days To solve a customer issue is a long time. If the same trend continues #airtel is going to be in trouble to retain customers.

    By mistake I took a data loan from @airtelindia with the promise of they will auto deduct from my next recharge but they didn't. So I recharged for 33₹ then too they didn't take, reported to @Airtel_Presence and still no response. How do I report it to @TRAI can somebody #help
