Yes, It is one of the worst network provider in India. It promises to deliver 4G speed, but it fails to deliver even 2G.Its very difficult to get the signal itself. It has the worst customer service, since it has millions of subscribers. @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia

Airtel, by far is the worst network in India. Not only because they claim to have 4g but are not even capable of delivering 2g speeds. But also because, they claim to be the fastest 4g network in India, but clearly they are the worst. @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia

@airtelindia Fibre Connection down Since 29th March -since an existing ticket is already open it doesn't allows you to raise another or escalate it.Through app - Fix within 48 hours, should be honoured. If not a proper communication is surely expected.

@TRAI recharge rates increased by 30% and we accepted but is there any regulations to fine these telecom companies, now a days call drop,very slow internet and sudden network disappear is common problem. Whenever we connect to @airtelindia they aren't willing to respond properly.
