    Airtel service is very slow, incoming and outgoing calls are not possible.On 4G recharge, internet is running at 2G speed.2 months recharge money is being wasted.I request Airtel service to fix the network problem.Otherwise it will be ported out. @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence

    Airtel, by far is the worst network in India. Not only because they claim to have 4g but are not even capable of delivering 2g speeds. But also because, they claim to be the fastest 4g network in India, but clearly they are the worst. @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence AFTER 10 DAYS OF WRITTEN COMPLAINT FILED AGAINST THE DEACTIVATION OF MY PREPAID CONNECTION WHICH HAD AN ACTIVE PREPAID PLAN, I REALLY NEED A PROPER SOLUTION FROM AIRTEL THAN SENDING SYSTEM GENERATED NONSENSE REPLIES ON DAILY BASIS.

    worst customer service from @airtelindia cannot really connect to the customer service and it says “aapke har sawaal ka jawab hum denge! ”. pehle koi problem toh solve karo. disappointed by airtel!

    It's really have good speed last 2 month ago but now it seems company doesn't care the customer's it's about a fake promise that we have the fastest network certified by this....I m using airtel last 10 yrs @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence

    @bbpandhi @airtelindia Oh! the course of my complaint is going have the same fate and no wonder am too planning to switch the service provider. No point in connecting with the company who doesn't know to connect and resolve their customer concerns.

    Due to your data alert popups internet connection gets disconnected and everytime i have to put my phone on flight mode to regain the internet connection. Please help . I am fed-up from these experiences. P.s.- posting all these tweets from @airtelindia
