Airtel, by far is the worst network in India. Not only because they claim to have 4g but are not even capable of delivering 2g speeds. But also because, they claim to be the fastest 4g network in India, but clearly they are the worst. @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia

Airtel service is very slow, incoming and outgoing calls are not possible.On 4G recharge, internet is running at 2G speed.2 months recharge money is being wasted.I request Airtel service to fix the network problem.Otherwise it will be ported out. @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence

@airtelindia has the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. My SIM Card suddenly stops working & there’s no way I can contact ur customer care people. When I somehow manage to do so from a borrowed phone, ur std response is 2 get a new SIM? What nonsense.

Never been so frustrated @airtelindia service is worst. I got new connection in 1 hr, and when I relocated and request to reinstall then it is 7 days i am still waiting. Customer service is even worse. I think I must complain to consumer forum. @Airtel_Presence

@airtelindia I requested for shifting of my broadband connection, it’s been 4 days and no answer from your people, totally bad service. Even my request is not showing on your Airtel app. Your staff is too quick to ask for payment at the end of month but your service is to bad.
