    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence @airtelnews worst customer experience. When having a new connection you send your tech person within 30 mins to the location. But when it comes to any issues it takes ages to solve the issue. Ticket# 11028381162

    @AirtelIndia I am on your ₹859 Unlimited Plan and my internet has been COMPLETELY non-functional as of 9:56 PM IST on 13th April 2026. I am paying for an unlimited plan and receiving ZERO service. This is a clear violation of TRAI guidelines on promised network quality.1/2

    @Airtel_Presence the internet connection has not been working since this morning. Red light on Modem. There is no Dial tone on the landline. Unable to reach Customer support to register a complaint. Please register a complaint with @airtelindia broadband A/c No. 12747656.

    @airtelindia Worst service. Set Top Box already returned (Shiprocket confirmed), yet Ekart keeps sending wrong pickup requests. My WiFi router is still not picked up. Fix this within 24 hours or I escalate to Consumer Forum. @EkartLogistics

    @AirtelIndia This is absolutely unacceptable. My WiFi has been down for 4 days and your team has failed to fix it despite multiple complaints. This is sheer negligence and a complete failure in service.
