@airtelindia we are around 1500 RVUNL Employee using your post paid network. There is poor connectivity of internet in colony premises. Therefore you are kindly requested to resolve abovesaid issue at ctpp colony,tehsil chhabra,Baran(Rajasthan)

@airtelindia @Airtel_Presence - very good way to fool the people, I got the call yesterday from customer service who provided me extra channel benefit free of cost but nw I can see the charges are added in my package plan. Earlier my package plan was 295 & they added rs 70 in it.

@airtelindia Purchased a new broadband connection on 20th Feb & No Internet from 22nd Feb. Customer care says that due to overloading, the servers are down. Incredible Service.

I recently ported to @reliancejio. Am using 2g, complained many times, still no use. Can I port back to @airtelindia ? I still have 1 month for the plan expiry, still I need to port. Not using internet is better than very slow @JioCare internet speed.

@reliancejio you wan some more conn's,you are not able to resolve a broadband outage issue in JP Nagar 8 th phase because of insufficient staff and engineers and we doing WFH waiting since 2 days for your Jio to be up. @airtelindia please provide fiber conn in JP Nagar 8th phase
