@airtelindia we are around 1500 RVUNL Employee using your post paid network. There is poor connectivity of internet in colony premises. Therefore you are kindly requested to resolve abovesaid issue at ctpp colony,tehsil chhabra,Baran(Rajasthan)

@airtelindia @Airtel_Presence I have been trying to make changes to my plan with the app. It doesn't let me, customer care IVR does not let me speak to a customer care executive and all search results lead to the app. Why do you make it so difficult to reach customer care?!

Dear @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia I am an nri who recharged the number for 365 days but unfortunately cannot use the sim after 3 months because of Emergency Call only single. Thus is nit what we expect from you.
