@Airtel_Presence @airtelindia As a user of your service from past 7 years I must say that airtel has very poor customer service. Every time I register a complaint on #airtelthanksapp it shows the issue has been solved but in reality it never is. Very disappointed with airtel.

@airtelindia worst services provided by Airtel provider. The executive switched the connection from prepaid to postpaid on 17 th but still it didn't get changed. The customer service executive is also not giving proper response. The way they talk is simply ridiculous.

My question is.... She recharged her no. On 15th April recharge got successful... She received the succeeding message from Airtel also.. then how that sim got discontinued for not recharging..?? How rubbish is that pls. Give me a solution @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence
