    The same old story again. Airtel Digital Recharge made and d same is also reflecting in Airtel Thanks App but the same is yet to be updated in Set Top Box. Cust ID 3030256063-001. Dis is the 3rd time I am having such problem with Airtel Digital TV. @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia

    @TRAI It's time you pay attention to the inefficiencies and ineffectiveness or @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia . Providing bad customer service via illiterate executives and harsh unmannered replies. Also topped with illogical waits of 48 hrs.

    Also, all my new society members are thinking to PORT #jio to @airtelindia. Right now after PORT request, getting calls from your customer support but, even to talk to them I'm not having connectivity. @airtelindia, @Airtel_Presence can you help?

    @airtelindia leading telecom company with pathetic service worst internet speed but airtel don't give a f₩₩₩. But they want to launch 5g, 3g isn't working at 100% efficiency but customers lured to buy 5g phone

    I'm very much disappointed with Airtel customer service. As I raised a request to shift my broadband on 25Feb 2022 but still my request is not completed. Airtel only making fake statement that it will do it by today,in 4hours etc., @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia . Do the needful

    India’s internet has been officially split into two classes, and the announcement came from .@airtelindia itself. Postpaid users now get “priority 5G.” Prepaid users get whatever is left on the same towers, the same spectrum, the same network. The deciding factor is not technology, not infrastructure, not even fairness. It is the size of your monthly bill. The most dangerous part is not the policy itself, it is the precedent. Once a tiered internet gets normalised in India, every telecom in the market will follow the playbook. First speed will be sold, then app access, then connectivity itself. The open internet that built digital India will disappear quietly, one corporate announcement at a time. Public spectrum is being sliced by wallet size, and the regulator has not said a word. .@Dot_India @JM_Scindia silence is not neutrality, it is complicity.

Airtel had solved the issue. and i have received my network and recharge amount back to my number. 27 days To solve a customer issue is a long time. If the same trend continues #airtel is going to be in trouble to retain customers.

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence There has been no response on the DM and it's been 10 days since I have raised offline SR. I haven't received proper support from twitter airtel presence handle. It's seems like Porting out is the only viable option left out.
