    @airtelindia First, sales guy lied to me and instead of Airtel black 1598 plan, he customized the plan that had cost me extra INR 400/month. Now, the Airtel store guy (Sec-119, Noida) lied. Circle change is a 5w days process and I was told 24 hrs. Can someone listen and support?

    @airtelindia One of the worst network and it's service @airtelindia ... And it's xstream broadband is one of the disgusting and garbage product ... Per month my broadband internet stucks for 5-12 days .. and the engineer are lazy ...... Service request is just a joke for #airtelthanks .

    @airtelindia Airtel customer care is pathetic as their services...I already paid 2 weeks ago for broadband but the broadband is not installed yet..I am Discountinuing with their DTH, Postpaid services.
