@airtelindia - is your customer care good for nothing ? I requested shift of connection which did not happen, I requested disconnection which is also pending, I requested new connection at new location and added benefit was promised but not fulfilled, called Airtel, got nothing

Suddenly I am getting error 'sim 1 not allowed' in samsung M31s.I changed the sim slot still not working. Where is issue? @SamsungIndia @airtelindia airtel sim or handset? Plz Fix it asap and if sim has error then you will have to push validity date.

@airtelindia Dear sir, I am facing this from last 1month , always disappeared 4g n/w , and when I try to make call and suddenly network symbol has gone slowly not only 4g and also 2g and then call drop due to no n/w when call disconnected n/w is appearing suddenly Pls clarify

@airtelindia My Airtel digital TV account got suspended in just 28 days,even though my validity is for 30 days, everytime when I recharge for 30 days I use to get only 28 days validity for several months. My customer ID is 3017740444 @TRAI please take necessary action about this
