    @airtelindia I have been facing outage from last 20 days, I had to pay 1500 to setup my connection apart from all charges, and after creating service request, service guy came and cut-off my connection and now no one is picking up my call. Worst service experience in Katihar,Bihar.

    1/2 @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence.. Your team disrupted broadband service from 26.01.22 to 31.01.22 to resolve the technical issues. Don't know if the same was resolved or not but since that day I'm facing frequent disconnections so much so that I'm literally unable to work.
