@airtelindia has been doing ad of fast internet speed.Leave the speed, basic call facility l is also pathetic.Even SMS are not being delivered.Not only me but many people living nearby are facing frequent call drop and slow internet speed. Time to port out from #Airtel .

@airtelindia By taking customer money and keeping it as a deposit and not returning it when the customer closed the connection will not make you India's biggest telecom and D2h company. Please try to provide some good customer support. Please don't let me escalate things more.

@airtelindia @MIB_India The service of airtel is getting worse day by day. The service was started on 19 Nov. and from day 1 I am facing issues with dth service. They keep on saying to wait but no resolution has been provided to me. Till today there is no solution provided to me.
