    @airtelindia is there a possibility to talk to a human for the issues I am facing on your airtel Thanks app? We cannot raise a ticket on the airtel app. When i called customer care there is no option to speak to a representative and all options tell me to refer to the app.

    I unable to use Internet service and making calls from my Airtel sim for the last 15 Days. In this Covid pandemic, I went to service center, they told me that problem is with sim and they swap my sim. But facing the same problem. Is this ur best service @airtelindia ?

    Dear @airtelindia from last 3-4 days whenever dailing any jio nos it's ringing bt when the othr person pickup the call, my signal still showing calling thn disconnected. Can u please do something as ds is not d first time when problem btw Jio-Airtel. @Airtel_Presence @JioCare 🙏
