  @nehanagarr People use hotspot no to share with friends, but for their own laptops, tablets too... Also in areas with bad network, shopkeepers give their phone hotspot for payments.. This is bad decision by @airtelindia

  @airtelindia why my internet has to be shut down for two days for router replacement? I am being told that's how it's done. And why your engineer providing false information to avoid permanent fix and try to get away with a hack to get it working?

  @airtelindia My broadband is not working from yesterday evening (17 July) and I am not able to raise a complaint on your app since its a known issue. Please fix it ASAP. At this moment you are just changing the ETA for resolution

  @airtelindia every Saturday I'm facing internet outage due to airtel. This is 3rd Saturday and general wait to recover from issue goes into 20+ hours. Is it intentional? Causing lot of issues without any proper resolution. Location: Rahatani PCMC MH

  @Arunend06056721 @airtelindia Then what happened they gave the bill for the WiFi that was not working. I write them back. Reduced half the amount and asked me to pay. I said I was not at all able to use WiFi that month so I asked cancel my bill.
