    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence 12+ days and my Wi-Fi issue is still unresolved. Absolutely the worst service experience! Every time I contact customer care, I’m told to “wait 1 day” or “wait 2 days,” with no actual resolution. #pathetic #harrasment

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence My SIM is detected by the phone and shows Airtel, but it is showing Emergency calls only and cannot register on the network. I tested the SIM in both slots, and another Airtel SIM works normally in the same phone. Please check and help.

    @airtelindia Final reminder to @airtelnews @Airtel_Presence: Refund my ₹500 immediately. I paid for Airtel DTH/Airtel Black connection under Request ID TTBR8U7A54 / NTBR8U7A54, but the service was never installed/activated and the order was cancelled. I have already shared proof

    For one thing, it’s hard to get through to Airtel on the phone; I end up wasting all my time just navigating through the automated menu options. I have installed Airtel Wi-Fi and a TV set-top box. The set-top box doesn't seem to be working properly; it takes 20 minutes to start up, and I have to switch it off and on again. Please resolve this issue! @airtelnews @Airtel_India_ @airtelindia #airtel_mumbai
