@airtelindia you guys are only cheating with Indian customers. Better to work on network instead of advertising 5 G. All companies are failed to provide better facilities destpite of paying a huge amount of charges for that worst network.

@airtelindia @Airtel_Presence has pathetic customer service in terms of their broadband back-end support. I have been working with them for over 1 month now to fix ping / latency issues along with network NAT issue for multiplayer gaming on my @Xbox . Very slow services.

@airtelindia @Airtel_Presence In a city like Pune, not able to use mobile internet. In era of 5G, I am not even getting 2G speeds. Moreover, you have resolved the ticket automatically without even providing resolution for the issue. Service Request no. 31-4445205219494. Pathetic.

@airtelindia It is being said that nothing but lies on free hello tune from us, wynk music is asking for money. You cannot ask customer care.Should I port from jio and prefer airtel for such service? So maybe I did it wrong

@airtelindia Team 72 hours get over you guys still checking I am using 3 airtel sims if you are not able to give the resolution then I will have to change my service provider, even you always replying same phrase it looks like no one from airtel team taking care. @Airtel_Presence

The @airtelindia network is trash and what's worse is they charge for serving trash. It doesn't end there, we don't have much to choose from. Don't know which part is the worst.
