    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Wifi connectivity is down since morning at Balkampet, Hyderabad. Cannot connect to customer service thanks to chatbot. The commitment to collect monthly charges is not seen when we need accountability for loss of service.

    Very disappointed with your services @airtelnews @airtelindia . Your services for fibre connection sucks as I'm unable to use the benefits of OTT which I supposed to get free in my plan. Poor customer service and poor customer support.

    . @airtelindia - My phone was snatched and it's ridiculous how difficult you are making it for me to just block my SIM. IVR or Thanks app not letting me talk to a human. Can't visit a branch because it is so late. What kind of idiot company are you running?!

    @airtelindia # do you have even an iota of customer care in your policy ? Worst than a Govt organisation. Despite calling twice and sending email, there is no response/resolution. Horrible & pathetic human resources deployed.

    Dear @AirtelIndia @airtelnews @Airtel_Presence, Internet has been unusable since morning. Signal is visible, but speed feels like 50–60 kbps. Complaint already raised on the Airtel Thanks app (SR: C5PTD3DEL20260801587126), yet no resolution provided. Please fix this urgently.

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence extremely upset with 018122619648_wifi services & repeated requests to fix has fallen on deaf ears with lame excuse to “Fix in 4 hours” given everytime makes me think of switching over to other available services.

    @airtelindia @jagograhakjago @trai When in process port Airtel to Jio . Airtel Customer executive make a call from no +91 90318 45447 to guide me cancel my port. Call recording is available in my data.
