Dear @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia It's very disgusting to share that, in this competitive environment, your network is showing 2G. Although I have recharged for 4G network. Which is not working. Could you please explain the reasons why we should regularly recharge for 4G.

This is an appreciation post for @airtelindia TAT from complaint to fixture of WiFi in less than 2 hours with 5 taps and a 60 sec phone call. While Jio focused on throwing free plans, they doubled down on customer service. That's why would never migrate to any other provider 🙌

Pathetic customer care services @BSNLCorporate even I applied for bsnl fibre connection no response from distributor. Whom do I approach for internet connection #Shame #bsnl4g_now @JioCare hicked up the data price @airtelindia is out of my reach.
