Dear @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia It's very disgusting to share that, in this competitive environment, your network is showing 2G. Although I have recharged for 4G network. Which is not working. Could you please explain the reasons why we should regularly recharge for 4G.

.@airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Since the Thanks app does not have the txn data, downloading the recharge invoice is not possible. The issue still exists despite numerous requests being made in the App and all of them being listed as resolved. No response to my DM/mails.
