Dear @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia It's very disgusting to share that, in this competitive environment, your network is showing 2G. Although I have recharged for 4G network. Which is not working. Could you please explain the reasons why we should regularly recharge for 4G.

@airtelindia Airtel is so wrapped up in congratulating itself for 5G rollout, that no one bothered to check existing services going to the proverbial dogs. 24 hrs have elapsed: no internet, Broadband, landline outage Lajpat Ngr1, F block. HUGE hit on studies, work. SR#10088532462

@airtelindia Making fool,without customer's permission converting prepaid connection to postpaid and saying that you had applied through Airtel application and the OTP was auto filled and now you have to use till 3 months .
