Dear @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia It's very disgusting to share that, in this competitive environment, your network is showing 2G. Although I have recharged for 4G network. Which is not working. Could you please explain the reasons why we should regularly recharge for 4G.

@Airtel_Presence @airtelindia we had broadband issue for 3 days in last week. At this point I am just thinking of leaving the service, since i don't have internet even with service. No one receives calls, no one fixes issues. really frustrating experience.
