Dear @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia It's very disgusting to share that, in this competitive environment, your network is showing 2G. Although I have recharged for 4G network. Which is not working. Could you please explain the reasons why we should regularly recharge for 4G.

Very disappointed with the service. I mistakenly did two recharges on my Airtel number but only one has been received. Tried contact customer care but got no proper help. @airtelindia look into this issue and resolve it ASAP. This is very bad experience for a long-time customer.

Hey @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence, extremely frustrated. My Wi-Fi has been shutting down randomly for days (router lights turn red or it restarts). On top of that my Airtel DTH loses signal every 5–10 days and I keep calling technicians. Please fix this permanently.
