    Dear @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia It's very disgusting to share that, in this competitive environment, your network is showing 2G. Although I have recharged for 4G network. Which is not working. Could you please explain the reasons why we should regularly recharge for 4G.

    @airtelindia The speed was also very slow. When asked, the technician told that he has used twisted pair (although the connection is xtream fibre) due to non availability of fibre. He promised to replace within 15 days but cheated. Please get this resolved.

    @ashishnikam147 @airtelindia I am facing same problem since a month. No resolution till date. Even the complaint we registered gets resolved automatically without our consect. I don't know what @airtelindia is upto.

    @go4ashi @airtelindia This is so true. Airtel is looting it's user ! I am an Airtel user , their range is too weak , recharges are combo pack and too expensive , range is never stable .

    @airtelindia I am registered for DND & still get atleast 5 spam calls & SMS. I lodged a complaint with u on 21st July (SR 31-4217399111087) with all details requested by the executive. Ur callous backend team closed d complaint with an excuse that details were incomplete (1/2)

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia I have raised a complaint for my number xxxxx53498 not working for internet service. Ticket number, CLCQU3BLR20220720622656, it's been a long time, still not fixed and I am unable to use internet (sometime no signal, emergency, 2G) and speed 5kbps.
