    Dear @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia It's very disgusting to share that, in this competitive environment, your network is showing 2G. Although I have recharged for 4G network. Which is not working. Could you please explain the reasons why we should regularly recharge for 4G.

    @airtelindia has worst customer care i have ever seen. Small time pick-pocketers and thieves are running their sim delivery centre, and call centre don't give a **** about a customer complaining. They stole 300rupess on first day of me porting my sim to their company.

    Hello @airtelindia Your IVR system is so bad that it only has all the useless information. I have been trying to talk with your customer care since morning. IVR is accepting all the input for all useless stuff but not for talking to the customer care. I will surely use MNP.

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelnews @airtelindia airtel is the worst as far as customer support, connect & transparency is concerned. Who would agree with me. Today , this is only differentiator in products - customer connect !

    This is not the first time I would rather prefer @reliancejio broadband than @airtelindia as I can see the value of service provided by Jio is much better and the TAT is minimal. @airtelindia this is not a ethical behaviour by such an MNC.
