Hi @airtelindia . My wifi is down since yesterday noon . I already opened complaint . The Airtel employee visited the house yesterday , he was not able to resolve the issue , he mentioned other team will visit and will resolve the issue in morning . Its already 3pm , no response.

@Airtel_Presence @airtelindia , For my Airtel d2h ,the plan had been deactivated before it expires and when i call to C'care you say that wait 48 hours , disgusting !! I pay for the service and you say that wait . Very sad to listen this and please resolve this issue immediately

Worst part of using @airtelindia #prepaid is, it will start giving pop-ups each time you text or call someone. Highly #irritating ! Like dude I know when to recharge, I don't need 1Lakh reminders 10days before it expires. #pathetic
