I adopted airtel black service since 20th feb 23, n within less than 24 hrs DTH has an issue. Customer service is pathetic, support engg wants me to troubleshoot the issue myself rather than visiting the site @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence ticket no.120511102, can u plz prioritize

@airtelindia Today I made dth recharge. After due date I recharged and your team debited 15 rs extra as service charges. I am completely dissatisfied with ur service. And called to customer care and revoke my recharge. I do not support this type of extra charges.
