    Hi @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia team, Please fix my WiFi wiring. The wires have come down very low due to high winds/monkey issue. The people whose house the wires are passing through have asked to raise them, otherwise they will cut them. Kindly resolve this soon. Thank you!

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia I am still getting sms and calls regarding recovery of items for my disconnected airtel airfibre. Items have been recovered more than a month ago. I raised the issue via email but geting copy pasted responses that it will not happen but no resolution

    @airtelindia Broadband not working from last three days, even after emails and calls no service engineer is assigned yet. No outage in my area as reported by Thanks app, broadband is working fine for my neighbor. Using airtel frm 20 yrs, service is deteriorating. @jagograhakjago

    @Airtel_Presence The issue still persists. We continue to suffer while time is being wasted, yet there has been no positive response or concrete action from your side. It seems the customer impact is not being taken seriously. Immediate resolution is expected.@airtelindia @Airtel_Presence

    Hi @airtelindia i want cancel my fiber service because I have experienced frequent downtime recently, with the connection going weekly for 7-8 hours on 5 to 6 separate occasions. This has severely impacted my ability to work from home. now cancel plan is so hard idk what to do
