    Hi @airtelindia my friend's SIM was in working condition just because the sim was old it needs replacement atleast inform the consumer. There was no network since morning, what if my friend was traveling or somewhere in the middle of something. This is not a good practice.

    @Rahulchetry1992 Probably I too should shift to @reliancejio JioFiber. This @airtelindia black is a complete ****. Despite several complaints, they chose ignorance every time, to such an extent that they close the tickets even without bothering to call me once.

    @JioCare Till now no response from your team, better will surrender mu connection and move to @airtelindia or @FiberAct. Very worst service for morethan 4days no internet service
