  @airtelindia pathetic wifi internet service. The wireless modem is down atleast once a month. Time to resolution is bad, No technical support despite multiple calls to your call center.

  @airtelindia has qualified itself to be awarded WORST Customer Service provider in India👎 Try making a complaint to @airtelindia and after wasting 40 minutes on their useless customer care IVR you are forced to give up. Even if you succeed in making the complaint somehow

  @16tanwar_raj @JioCare @airtelindia Please think twice before trusting this company. Their customer service seems very good at giving assurances, but unfortunately, the actual resolution never seems to arrive. After repeated promises and “updates,” the issue is still unresolved. No-NO0001E5054S

  @airtelindia Airtel failed to disconnect despite my repeated requests. This is completely unacceptable and reflects a serious failure in customer service. Airtel has not only ignored my complaints but has also refused to acknowledge its own mistake. This is my final request.
