The broadband service of @airtelindia is very pathetic.I tired of calling the customer care so many times and raising the issue for the wrong billing of my broadband connection but still the issue is not resolved..It’s really pathetic.

@mahvesafar @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence I’m using Airtel from the day I started using mobile maybe from 2007 it was a best network now it has a worst network.. but still baring with it Airtel needs to work on fixing telecommunications network towers across india🙄 Jio have gambled telecom industry I never used one..

@majorgauravarya @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence At one point of time I had Post paid corporate mobile connection from Airtel, broadband from Airtel and Airtel DTH. But going by their deteriorating quality of service I have none of these from Airtel. Happily moved to #jio
