  @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia I talked to CC nd all I could get is nothing can be done nd only way is top up of 300+GST which would give me like 500GB with no carry over. I have just 5 days left. It makes no sense to take 500GB nd der is no lower option available. I would need to cancel this plan altogether

  @airtelindia Fiber down in 400065 for ~72 hours. When restored, it instantly drops. Two questions: 1 Why should I pay full commercial rates for days with zero service active? 2 Why is the connection completely unstable post restoration, who is handling this,are they competent?

  @airtelindia What kind of network are you providing? We don’t even get enough network to utilize 1% of our daily data—that’s how poor the connectivity is. And this isn’t some remote location. This is Nanakramguda, Kokapet, one of the prime areas of Hyderabad.

  There is no human customer service agent to connect to as Airtel Chat bot on Thanksapp keeps on giving same reply @airtelindia as three days there is no WiFi and Digital TV services it’s better you pick up your scrap garbage white dabbas and sell it to scrap @Airtel_Presence

  @airtelindia @airtelindia Bill ₹1,178 already paid, but internet still isn’t working. 3 numbers ke liye ₹1,178/month, while prepaid plans offer 3GB/day at much lower cost. Then what’s the benefit of postpaid? Please resolve my internet issue.
