    Dear @airtelindia....I am at my wit's ends and hence writing here. I want to surrender my DTH connection since I don't have a TV anymore. I am simply unable to find a way to surrender the connection since the IVR doesn't accept by cust number. Can you help?

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia I got a a brand new connection of xtreme fiber yesterday and the installation was pretty quick. The connection is live and active but I am unable to login/register on the xtreme fiber IOS App. It says “The number is not registered with broadband”.

    @sunilbmittal @VittalGopal Please help. Called @airtelindia 8 days back to move BB connection. They say call only 24 hours before shifting places. Did the same. After 24 hours pass, I'm told, it needs another 24 hours. Can you pls excuse all your staff from your office on Monday?

    @HathwayBrdband Very pathetic Service. Everyday frequent internet disconnection. spoken to the service guy, no help. Its time to change @airtelindia Plz dnt even consider taking Hathway. One of the worst. Its a pain when you wfh, in Production system and @HathwayBrdband ditch you

    @airtelindia SM Avenue, kismatpur road, bandlaguda jagir, hyderabad 500030 doesnt have even decent airtel signal. anything u can do?

    I know @airtelindia’s service isn’t great but I never thought it’s ****. They shoved a 3 months broadband plan to me couple of days back and internet isn’t working 80% of the time. Fiber my ***. I’d highly recommend not to take Airtel at any cost. Gonna change my prepaid too.
