    @airtelindia @TheSunilMittal Dear Airtel, Requesting basic services like updating email/address, correcting name on bills, or initiating disconnection of SIM/Wi-Fi has become nearly impossible. Customer care calls result in 12-19 minutes of hold time with no resolution. The mobile app is so confusing that one needs exceptional patience ( or 780 IQ levels ) just to file a complaint. Worse, any disconnection request leads to repeated follow-up calls that feel more like harassment than service. This level of customer experience is unacceptable for a leading telecom provider. Kindly look into streamlining these processes and improving support. #Airtel #CustomerService #SunilMittal

    @AirtelIndia @Airtel_Presence Extremely disappointed with your service! Requested an STB replacement last Sunday. A technician visited on Monday, swapped the device ,but it still doesn't work. Despite making MULTIPLE calls to your helpdesk, there has been ZERO resolution.

    @airtelindia @ChristinMP_ @TOIBengaluru travel from Koramangala to Hosur mobile signal is not at all stable till Ecity toll call drops regularly. Not sure what’s this Airtel priority scheme which I was upgraded to, I expect Airtel to tell me change my SIM

    Hello @airtelindia, I haven’t been able to use my mobile data for over a month now—whether I’m at home, the office, or commuting. It’s completely dead everywhere. Multiple friends are facing the same issue. Do you plan to fix this issue soon, or should we just port out?

    @Airtel_Presence Due to Airtel's poor response I have ported my number to Jio. The continued delay and absence of any update regarding 5G activation in my area left me with no choice but to switch to jio, Now many of my friends also planning to port their numbers to Jio @airtelindia

    (2/2) this has become a recurring patter. You customer support is as pathetic as your network. After being a user for 17 years, it looks u have taken ur customers for granted. @TRAI @DoT_India der has to be sme action taken. @airtelindia does not seem to care. No accountability.

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia @airtelindia SERIOUS COMPLAINT...booked IPTV along with Airtel Wi-Fi connection, but the IPTV installation is still pending despite follow-ups. The broadband connection is active, the IPTV service has NOT been installed. Mob 9958633096, 9810237107
