    @airtelindia the last engineer who visited me said the modem needs to be changed and then didn't follow back for a week. Today when I called he said he will tell someone else to do it tomorrow. This is the kind of Service AIRTEL is providing

    I think it's came time to break 16 years long relationship with @airtelindia @airtelnews When some freebies are manipulating consumers we were stick with Airtel,now that's why they are underestimating us with very poor network,call breaking,slow internet.Really very disappointing

    @airtelindia I have been facing Internet issue with Airtel broadband 01204238972 since April and They are not fixing the issue. On top of that your engineer is advising me to shift to JIO FIBER. Can you let me know if a solution can be provided or not? @Airtel_Presence

    Hey @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence , it is a very very bad decision to remove live TV from XStream App. This is so so disappointing. A reason for me nd others to switch to different network. Jio for that matter , offers so much. Live TV , Jio Cinema , so much. Terrible decision 👎

    @Airtel_Presence your executive just asking for time from 4 pm and now asking "dekhte h jota h ki nahi". However you have alreqdy sent sms that service has been resumed. moved to airtel post hearing your good service but this is not the way. @airtelindia
