    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence My broadband refund from 5 months back is still not processed. I've already escalated to nodal and appellate - but only standard responses so far. If customer doesn't pay, you disconnect the connection. Why such double standards?

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Airtel doesn't care. Just ported my number to Airtel. And it's not working. Pathetic service by customer care ex. Now I wonder why did I i trust Airtel? What an amazingly pathetic service. #Airtel doorstep delivery is scam. They took my money.
