    Dear Airtel Support, @airtelindia Very disappointed with Airtel Xstream Fiber service. I raised complaints on 30 Jul and 4 Aug, but both were marked Resolved without any technician visiting my home. My Wi-Fi has been down for 7 days.

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Worst service ever from AirtelFiber in Delhi. My WiFi has been down for more than a week,and despite multiple engineer visits,the issue is still unresolved.The assigned engineers were unable to fix the problem, and every visit ended with no solution.

    @airtelindia I am fed up of recieving so many calls from you each day. You have the worst customer service ever. Telling me each day about your new offers is not going to make me use your services. THIS HAS TO STOP NOW! I never wish to use Airtel again for this stupidity.
