    @airtelindia your broadband service really sucks . For last 3 days not able to use internet properly . From last night it is completely dead. Every time I contact your customer service they increase the maintenance time by 2 hours .

    @airtelindia I have got Airtel black in Bangalore which includes broadband + DTH ., DTH is not yet installed by your technician and I am being charged for DTH though it’s not installed. Can you plz help me put to get it installed asap.

    We are residing in residential complex with 500 flats and next to industrial zone SEEPZ Counting total to more than 5000 expected user and @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia are unable to deliver good network in this zone. Any one reading tweet suggest other network in SEEPZ Andheri.

    20 years of great association with @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia BUT now the network sucks everywhere. Call drops, 1 bar network, EDGE speed 4G and poor roaming network is what it has become. #airtel #sunilbhartimittal
