    @airtelindia Company ne jo number diye hai wo ab bol rhe h ki unke paas booking ki koi information nhi h connection ki... Aur customer care wale mana kr rhe h ki wo koi help nhi kar skte . Sir mujhe booking amount refund karwa do mein jio connection le lunga pls company ye to fraud kr rhi h

    Dear @airtelindia, referring to my previous tweet, the technician had come to my home at around 6 in the evening yesterday & he did bring back the connectivity which lasted for 5 mins & said the issue originated from the fatbox. This is the third day & my wifi is still down.

    @airtelindia Paying for Airtel Premium/Black and still facing constant Wi-Fi disconnections with zero proper support. Only automated replies. I demand refund/compensation for service outage. Escalating to @TRAI and Consumer Court if unresolved. @Airtel_Presence

    Airte is so badwa iske customer support executive bhadwe airtel fiber jesi chitya third class taati broadband internet sale kar rahe hai 100 rental discount diya lekin bill main add nahi ho raha network inko airfiber prepaid or postpaid dono bekarhai @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence

    Booked a service request with Airtel DTH and selected the preferred time slot, but nobody contacted or visited on time. Service Request No. 656536923 is still unresolved. Airtel doesn’t even follow its own committed timing. Extremely disappointing and unprofessional @airtelindia
