WTH is wrong with @reliancejio Customer care representative are deliberately dropping the calls n data is over running automatically n renews at 1:30 or even at 2am instead of 12 am. Speed is too slow? What's wrong? I think we need to switch to @airtelindia @_MukeshAmbani

Had to call Airtel customer service twice to request monthly invoice statement on email and in both cased the exp was pathetic. At first executive took the request but never did anything. 2nd attempt the agent was not interested kept rolling on IVR @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence
