@airtelindia internet is down in my area from Apr 24, 2022 3:00 PM and it was informed to customer support. Till now it is not resolved - is this the #downtime considerable for #compensation or company charge for full month with no promise to deliver full service?

@airtelindia sending Xstreme fiber service disruption msg for 4 hr downtime every week does not qualify as good customer service. If ur n/w goes down for 4-6 hours every few days then you don't deserve to operate as ISP. Location: Western Pune
