Misscommunication by airtel one olan team and still no resolution,i was using 399 plan,they told me to provide one airtel plan but they did fraud and now they are charging 2300 rs from me. Shame me airtel team @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia Raised request many times Shame on you

@airtelindia 5 hours ago at 3 pm made a Sim replacement request. Got a new Sim and told it will be activated in 3-4 hrs. At 6 pm called 121 & was told to go back to store & resubmit I'D as it's a mismatch. Sumitted again at 6:30 pm & till now Sim not activated. Pathetic Service.
