    Once again my complaint was closed without providing any solution,right now again broadband is down,how AIRTEL get happy code to close the complaint,if DOT does not take any action against AIRTEL,they will not stop cheating with customers @DoT_India @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia

    Hey @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence I'm facing v frequent network drop/undetected sim in my prepaid no, but postpaid works fine, is there any option of replacing SIM or the issue might be network prbs only?

    @airtelindia Very bad services from airtel. Revising the plan / reducing the benefits. Without reducing the charges collected per month. Had called at customer care. As per them,new plan will be activated from next month. I was already paying at very higher side for services.
