@airtelindia @Airtel_Presence I have showing 40 rs off on recharge of 598. I have done it recently but amount deducted full. And 50 rs 40 Coupon is issued to me which is not redeeming at all. Deceiving customer please don't recharge from airtel app.

@krishnasai853 @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia I have similar issue. been trying to contact airtel guy for a new connection at my new home but he doesnt seem to be interested. If this is the attitude for giving new connection, i wonder how it will be for service? Airtel really needs to improve their customer centricity.
