Sho (@gr8sho) reported@dactardoom @airtelindia This I noticed it long back and I left @airtelindia forever. Even if you recharge for internet, in between for 5 mins it holds your network and asks you to recharge, as if you’ve exhausted again. I do not have any proof, but this is what chortel does.

NONE of them register option 2 for Wi-Fi query. Your IVR is completely broken and ignores valid inputs. We have a power backup, so Wifi should never stop working but for the love of god, I do not understand why Airtel mobile data does not work when there is a power cut. @airtelindia @ACTFibernet
