    @TRAI Sir, @airtelindia giving advertisements as best customer service nd support but we are customers cant call them or share our problems with @airtelindia their thanks app giving some information rather than no use for the same. plz take action.

    @ItsPragyapandey @airtelindia the new method Due to Covid cant reach customer service, so most people dont go further more process... i got refund rs 24 after a week, the continue calls and tweets.

    @airtelindia when I said that if the issue is not resolved then I will disconnect the connection, he casually replied, “Okay, disconnect it.” This kind of behavior and poor service is extremely disappointing.

    @ThePlacardGuy @airtelindia open internet is a myth... its always banwidth subscription price based... class / quality of service for ip packets concept is there since decades... just publicly prioritizing it.

    @airtelindia @airtelnews @Airtel_Presence for the past the months my wifi has been disconnected frequently for 5-6 hours a day. And the support has been nothing short of garbage. Local, airtel thanks app or the 121 , internet is basic Human right, fix this !!

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence request 11030932072 ID without client approval how can staffs close the ticket i didnt get good speed of upload & download there was issue with a modem without replacing it they closed the ticket .I need you take to action againt the team leader

    @AviatorMowgli @ThePlacardGuy @airtelindia The problem is basically that airtel is selling tickets to a concert, and postpaid people will get priority access to that concert. Once that's done, whatever tickets are left will be given to prepaid users. But no one really knows what that number will be.

    @dth_airtel you are wonderfully going down the route of Tata sky. Over 30 days nonfunctional box repeated fake closing of complaint tickets and Apathy to the customer. @airtelindia
