@TRAI Sir, @airtelindia giving advertisements as best customer service nd support but we are customers cant call them or share our problems with @airtelindia their thanks app giving some information rather than no use for the same. plz take action.

If the person wants to talk to you regarding this. How can they reach to you and your chatbot service is terrible. You want everytime a customer comes on twitter for you and the government to be tagged, then you solve their issues @airtelindia @DoT_India

This is pathetic @airtelindia itself impossible to explain issue to AI chatbot and impossible to talk to a human on customer care. Clearly misuse of technology & cheating with customer. @TRAI there should be a simple way to register complaint rather then AI.
