The service given by airtel stream fiber, i got a new connection of fiber and the person who was incharge left the wire like this as shown in video in whole the house. This is the how airtel treats customer and make people happy .@airtelindia @Airtel_Presence @airtelnews

@airtelindia such a poor service got my xtream fiber installed yesterday, was working perfectly fine then in the evening it was not working, then i rebooted the router and still it was not working Then i made a complaint to Customer Care yesterday, service guy came today then

@Airtel_Presence @airtelindia I have tried multiple times to connect with your customer care team and senior executive team and every time they say wait for 24hrs. There is team coordination problem between ground/local staff and customer care/senior executive. They only fool the people.

@Airtel_Presence @airtelindia Very bad experience with broadband in Panchkula Sector 17. 134109. Within a week had to register complaint 3 times. With WFH for 3 family members, it is completely unacceptable. Even fixed line not working and no solution by executive.
