Worst service by @airtelindia. Entire day on 31 Dec. 21, internet didn't work & same happening today in Jamshedpur, Jharkhand. Calling to customer care is useless, they don't give info. @airtelindia neither refund nor extend validity for these internet outage & loots customer.

@Airtel_Presence @airtelindia For sm odd reason Airtel support opened a ticket 10037280543.Don't know why that ticket got opened when the wifi was working. Now since the ticket got opened my wifi went down.Don't know when will this be sorted once and for all.
