    @airtel @airtelindia - the Thanks app is not working. My grandmother has tried to change her plan thrice over the past week. She has called your complaint number multiple times and it sends a link to the app (which continues to malfunction/ not solve her query). Please fix.

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia I have tried multiple times to connect with your customer care team and senior executive team and every time they say wait for 24hrs. There is team coordination problem between ground/local staff and customer care/senior executive. They only fool the people.

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence @airtelnews Poor Service, Visited Airtel store and contacted customer care several time but no success. Just asked for a DUPLICATE SIM CARD but no body from Airtel had any solution to that since 3 weeks after all the required docs have been submited

    @airtelindia such a poor service got my xtream fiber installed yesterday, was working perfectly fine then in the evening it was not working, then i rebooted the router and still it was not working Then i made a complaint to Customer Care yesterday, service guy came today then

    The service given by airtel stream fiber, i got a new connection of fiber and the person who was incharge left the wire like this as shown in video in whole the house. This is the how airtel treats customer and make people happy .@airtelindia @Airtel_Presence @airtelnews

    .@airtelindia recently switched to Airtel. Hope for better network coverage than BSNL, but even it's wifi calling is not working properly at my area. When raised, Airtel said my device doesn't support it. 🙄 Samsung s20 fe 5g inherently supports it. Still Airtel making excuses.

    @JioCare This is to say you that neither getting 4G nor 5G inside my home and getting good network coverage of @airtelindia Only showing LTE+ signal and internet speed is very poor id you don't want to improve say like that
