Another fraud service by Airtel! At the time of taking connection I was told that the amount paid for setup box will be a refund. But now they say the entire 2,000 rs is non-refundable and i cant even cancel service for 6 months!! #ScamAlert @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence #scam

@airtelindia @ManojRa65825673 I am using Airtel DTH and Broadband services they are giving a very bad service experience and there customer service segment is very pathetic. Since last 15 days they are resolving a mis selling case which is not yet get solve.I request everyone not to go for airtel.

@airtelindia very bad CS, totally op. from what you guys say on TV ads. It's very difficult to even reach you for secondary DTH box. The DTH Cx care provided wrong number to call and hung up saying it's not our thing to take care. Same thing happend 3-4 times from yesterday.

@airtelindia @Airtel_Presence As per 99 rupees plan the tariff is 1p/sec ,however my Airtel number is being charged so much high than the tariff ,such a pathetic service by airtel.
