Russhabh (@russhabh_z) reported@airtelindia 3/4 Disconnection was requested effective 28 July. The modem was picked up on 2 August. And now, on 9 August — still NO REFUND and NO proper update. Getting through to customer support is another task altogether.

She used an OTP that was supposed for service closure, but used it to convert to the Airtel One Plan. Are you people going to get down to this level? @airtelindia
