@Airtel_Presence @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia Day 3, 36+ hours. Airtel broadband outage continues. I’ve been told that 3rd party vendors are obstructing the work. Tbh, that’s not a customer problem. Airtel, as a brand, and organisation has to handle its local competitors.

@airtelindia I have placed a order for airtel black with my existing broadband and postpaid connection on 7/3/22 and the order is still pending. From starting of June I have called to customer care to cancel the order several times (17-18 times), but the problem was not solved.
