@airtelindia @reliancejio , I just have BSNL and a local Services provider at my place, BSNL is down maximum times and local ISP is way too overpriced like 2000 Rs. for 100 Mbps that too with no extras, here more than 200 individual connections are needed

@airtelindia The quality of signals in our area-Gomtinagar, Lucknow- has gone extremely poor. Call dropping and sudden silence during a call have become a common feature. Your customer care is unfriendly to consumers. TC lest you lose face and business both .

.@airtelindia should learn how to address customer grievances, from @ACTFibernet Maybe it is a problem of scale, maybe mindset. On Airtel, I spent 16 mins to register a complain that my office broadband wasn't working. On ACT, it takes less than a minute through their app 👍

@Airtel_Presence @airtelindia My broadband 08048538372 is not working from morning. Need immediate resolution. Unable to continue with my work due to the Internet issue, I will wait till today evening, if no one comes and resolved the issue, I WILL CANCEL AND BUY JIO FIBRE!!

@airtelindia My Airtel prepaid number is not working since march and the customer care services are not resolving the issue. I have taken 1 year plan still it's not working.

@ViCustomerCare I think I have done grave mistake by porting from @airtelindia to Vi I m unable to send any sms tried all settings in msgs anf mmd everything but not able to send any sms pls solve this issue or deactivate my no and reverse it to Airtel
