    @Airtel_Presence Extremely messy experience, with Airtel, the time it takes to turn on ESIM, to update email is extremely wasteful. Now we have to consider whether to continue the service in Airtel or not. @airtelindia @airtelnews

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia Your customer care executives are pathetic. You have to give them behavioural trainings. They don't know how to talk to customers. Instead of explaining, they shout & when asked to to lower the tone, they transfer the call.

    @airtelindia your service is the worst i have experienced till date by any broadband service provider. I have raised a shifting request with number 10000033790. Your call center guys say that the request is raised where as the local guys are not receiving the work order.. Cont..

    @snehaprakash19 @airtelindia My account got same similar issue.. i contacted support services but they wouldn’t help me...I got referred to @66recovery on Instagram and they were so helpful and reliable. Am sure they can help you

    @airtelindia hii.. I hv a problem with my transaction.. I added money in my airtel wallet on airtel thanks app to recharge from my account n the amount got debited bt the transactions got failed.. n the amount is not credited yet in my bank account.. Pls help 🙏
