    One genuine question for @airtelindia: When customer care says "high priority", what does it actually mean? Because after days of waiting, multiple escalations, repeated promises, and no resolution, "high priority" seems to mean "wait another few hours."

    @airtelbank @airtelindia @OfficialDMRC It's been 8 days already. Either refund my money immediately or resolve the recharge issue without any further delay. Please stop sending generic responses and provide a clear update with a resolution timeline. My amount has been debited, but the recharge is still not reflected.

    @airtelindia I’m facing an issue with the Amazon Prime Lite subscription provided through my Airtel DTH plan. I activated the membership successfully, but now there is no option to cancel/deactivate it either on Airtel Thanks app or Amazon Prime settings.

    @airtelindia Being a customer from 14 years i think its time to port to other providers, as airtel is unable to give good quality of service. In time of 5g while i am sitting in navi mumbai city, if a video buffers no need to use the service i think

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence We live in a village where the Airtel network goes down whenever there is a power cut for 4–5 hours due to no generator backup at the tower. Villagers are facing serious issues. Please resolve this urgently.
