    Not getting any help from @airtelindia for multiple payments for a single prepaid recharge. Shared details, number and transaction details and someone by the name Ajay V from Airtel Cares who does not understand English asked "what's the issue?" & and not replying since a week.

    @airtelindia @JioCare This is how Airtel behaves, ask customer to do DM and then dont respond. I was having 4 postpaid mobile and a broadband and DTH and I was on airtel black plan. I was not needing DTH and requested for IPTV. Their customer care executive told me that if you dont want DTH you will have to come out of Airtel Black plan. But she never told me that if I am out of airtel black plan, then despite not using DTH, I will be billed Rs 600 per month extra only for Postpaid mobiles and Broadband. Also despite 3 requests, no one visited for iptv. Also despite trying 100 of times, I was not able to connect to their customer care. It was only the IVR all the time. Airtel socks big time

    @airtelindia team, I raised a request to shift my broadband connection on 12th Mar and had clearly asked for it to be completed by 15th Mar. It’s now 17th and I haven’t received any call or update so far. This level of service is very disappointing—could you check and expedite.

    We recharge with unlimited packs, yet we are still unable to use the internet for the 24 hours following a power outage. Consequently, nearly 150 members of our group have decided to leave Jio and port their numbers to Airtel. @JioCare to @airtelindia
