The issue is not yet unresolved. This is 5th day in a row, I'm unable to use my internet. Even facing call drop issue. Will you please care to reply ? @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia @jagograhakjago what can be done in this case. It's a loss for customer. Please suggest.

@airtelindia one of the worst services I've come across. I've raised a request for Broadband plan upgrade in November 2021 and I'm still waiting for it to be processed. After numerous follow-ups I still don't see any resolution. Being Airtel Black customer I'm not getting support
