@Airtel_Presence Have some shame Airtel now have some shame atleast if you cant accomplish then dont make promises. I won't even able to text make calls what a worst service you are giving. And your customer care service is nothing but a bot asking to tap numbers on screen. @airtelindia

@airtelindia @Airtel_Presence frustrated by ur broadband service in Bulandshahr, UP. Technical staff here simply denied to fix problem and said he cant do anything if wifi is not working, also ask for disconnection if nt happy. is this type of service we expect from airtel?
