    @airtelindia I took Airtel DTH and got pack pre-installed which was of no use. Tried plan change on TV which was super easy. It didn't work. Contacted here and it was taken care by Munmun & Ankur. They manually added plan for me. I appreciate their awesome support

    @AirtelPresence @airtelindia I have subscribed to airtel extreme wifi services since 2 weeks ...made the payment..but still installation is not complete at our place..very poor service.. either provide the service or return my money..

    @airtelindia I have raised a compliant on my broadband on 6th Nov. It has been pending since then. Is this your promised customer service. Even the nodal officer doesn't responds after repeated mails. Such a irresponsible behavior
