    @airtelindia You are the leading network operator and you don't have eSIM facility for prepaid users who owns Samsung Galaxy Watch 4 Classic. Just to activate eSIM on Samsung Watch the user has to switch to Postpaid. Is this the service the leading network provides?

    @RAHULGU82376787 @airtelindia I'm getting callbacks from them, asking me to recharge. when I explained the scenarios they were helpless and asked me to call on 121. Why do you hire people when you cant give access to them? I've logged a complaint against the fraud sale. but no response till the time.
