  @airtelindia when you guys are going to fix the internet issues in the khargone area. I am running a software company which highly requires a good internet 24/7 but from the past few days your internet connection is very uncertain. This is so frustrating and not acceptable.

  My wifi Internet down since yesterday evening and this outage issue happens 2-3 times every month. Worst part is Airtel app/customer care won’t even allow complaint registration due to “area outage”. Extremely poor service. @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence

  @airtelindia is looting customers in broad daylight now. 13-14 hours of broadband downtime every other day in the name of “maintenance” while charging full amount for service. Internet down since 11 Pm yesterday. I am writing this for the second time here, after receiving no reslution despite writing multiple mails, including to appellate authorities.   @airtelnews Why is @airtelindia / @Airtel_Presence not responding to customer DMs? How am I being charged for a late fee when you sent a bill that is due on the 20th on May 11 which is still valid. Airtel sends the bill with a late fee? This is robbery. I already paid airtel 18000 rupees.

  @Airtel_Presence When I raised a new WLFi connection request yesterday for the same address, the technician arrived in 4 hrs but for repair no one came since last 2 days. You are not short of technicians. You are ignoring the repair orders. Pathetic service by Airtel @airtelindia @CTATech

  @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence This is not a phone issue. Same problem on multiple devices and numbers → clear network/tower issue. Generic troubleshooting won’t help. Need real action, not template replies.
