    @airtelindia I have 211 balance in main account and want to recharge 199 pack but not able to do it. and @TRAI please check the current situation we can't send the port SMS? we have balance,account validity but don't have unlimited pack so can't send SMS Please help @reliancejio

    @airtelindia @TRAI If you can not give internet, then refund the recharge money. Why is your calling system turned off when everyone's service is on? How to use 'Airtel app' when there is no internet? Don't make the customer so stupid Do not force to go to consumer court.
