  Airtel’s customer service is terrible and its internet service is worse. I switched from Jio for better 5G, but Airtel’s unlimited 5G still doesn’t work despite multiple complaints. With 61 days left, I’m switching back to Jio. Extremely disappointed. #Airtel @airtelindia

  . @airtelindia this is still not resolved. It’s been 3 days. Every time I book an engineer slot, they either don’t show up or call at a random time. What’s the point of booking a slot? They don’t even pick up my calls. Please fix this permanently. Or I will discontinue.

  @airtelindia I think 5g is so called scam. We pay 349 per month to access it and in Chandigarh University, Punjab it's not working and it sucks after a point. We pay for service and we get this ****, like I am not able to use Gpay with 5g network. #Airtel @Airtel_Presence

  @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence When I requested for port, I was worried about Unlimited 5G network issue and I got a message from Airtel that you are going to lose 5G data, only when 5G is operational then the consumer will be able to avail the benefit of unlimited data.
