    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia company should spend money on putting more network towers 2 ensure a good network & not on advertisements giving tall claims of excellent network,no call drops, super fast data speed etc.,which r all false.The network & data speed r pathetic.

    Hello @airtelindia I had took a new broadband connection on Sunday.Your company service provider had words with me that the connection will establish on Monday.still we are waiting but they didn't give us any responce . your rajasthan customer care number is also not working.

    @airtelindia It's really sad that a brand like Airtel which aims to create an example in ad of no complaint is going on extending the tat for a refund for past 2 months. Every week in response to my complain the customer team asks for more tat of 10days.#worstcustomerservice
