    What is the point of activating Full DND on @airtelindia if your network is still letting telemarketers bypass it? I thought your new AI tech was supposed to stop this. This is a direct violation of @TRAI guidelines. Please check my line and fix this. @Airtel_Presence

    @airtelindia @airtelnews I hope you guys are doing well.But here is the whistle blower for you guys. Since last 03 months the services of Airtel wifi have been pathetic. I have no words to explain that. Since the last 03 months there have been technical issues more than 50 times

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia when my plan changed by airtel then for 300 gb rollovwr data they confirmed 20 gb data will be added into your pool now every month 20 gb data added on paper but not in my pool my internet consumption start from 21 gb so please solve issue?? Pathetic

    @airtelindia I have raised a complaint for my wifi not working 2 days ago. Nobody has reached out till now. It’s the worst service that after raising the complaint nobody has reached out. Your customer care team called and disconnected the call without even listening my complaint

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence how is it that a service company has made it nearly impossible to reach a human being? Every path leads to another IVR. Every complaint disappears into a black hole. This is probably what monarchy must feel like.

    @airtelindia it's been 5 days since I made my payment for wifi installation, get the engineer has not processed the installation. Repeated calls to the customer service had no use. Is there anything that can be done?
