No one seems to be listening to Appellate or Nodal or CS. Just depts created on paper with no authority. Collection dept people don't even know Appellate or Nodal

@airtelnews @airtelindia such a poor service is providing to end customer i had requested no of times for modem replacement but no response, every engineer is just time passing and bluffing with the customer.
