@airtelindia Airtel network is very bad in my area.Internet connection is the poorest. Please try to improve it. It is the second time i am complaining about it.When i contact with the customer care they only said improvement in the tower going on that’s it.

@airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Airtel coverage in my locality is worst But My Airtel app shows that since Sep 2018, a new tower is being put up near By which will solve this problem but the fact is there is no sign of such tower being put up which I have confirmed by my naked eyes

@Airtel_Presence @airtelindia worst experience, using airtel digital tv, called customer care but didn't get response, DTH service intrupted. Bad experience with service.

Hello @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia we shifted new area, & believe me there's Network but NO Internet Speed, too much internet fluctuation 15kb/s to 225kbps, so could you please Increase Internet Speed at least "2mbps"... My new location - Narsanda, Chaibasa, Jharkhand

@airtelindia I have been facing issues of broadband from the day it is installed. The issues are so frequent that the engineer has given me his own number. If it rains or lights go off someday it has become my duty to call them up and tell them to repair the issue.

Later I got a call from the installation engineer that they cannot give connection in my area. Why the hell did you confirm that your network is present in my area and collect money from me?? I haven't received any refund initiation message either. @airtelindia

@airtelindia you are proving me wrong that I ported to you, facing continuous network issue. It’s 2020 still call drops, you are promising for 5G but not providing proper 2G. Getting service lower than average!!

@airtelindia I have been experiencing wifi issues from the the day it has been installed. The issues are so frequent that Airtel Engineer has given his own number and I need to contact him always. If it rains or no lights someday I have to call them up and tell them to repair.
