    @airtelindia Airtel network is very bad in my area.Internet connection is the poorest. Please try to improve it. It is the second time i am complaining about it.When i contact with the customer care they only said improvement in the tower going on that’s it.

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Airtel coverage in my locality is worst But My Airtel app shows that since Sep 2018, a new tower is being put up near By which will solve this problem but the fact is there is no sign of such tower being put up which I have confirmed by my naked eyes

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia sir I want to share a issue with customer care but when I am trying to reach same through airtel thanks app they are providing customer care contact no and when I am calling on that no they asked me to go via airtel thanks app that's a grt idea

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia worst experience, using airtel digital tv, called customer care but didn't get response, DTH service intrupted. Bad experience with service.

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence My relocation request of broadband is pending which was supposed to be resollved by yesterday only. After todays followup too (4 calls to customer care) nothing is done. They keep saying only that "we are escalating the issue". Req No: 10013901698
