@airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Airtel coverage in my locality is worst But My Airtel app shows that since Sep 2018, a new tower is being put up near By which will solve this problem but the fact is there is no sign of such tower being put up which I have confirmed by my naked eyes

@airtelindia Airtel network is very bad in my area.Internet connection is the poorest. Please try to improve it. It is the second time i am complaining about it.When i contact with the customer care they only said improvement in the tower going on that’s it.

@airtelindia I recently broke my phone & wanted new esim for spare phone. But due to mandatory otp based login to airtel app i could not request new esim via app & had to physically visit the store. Pls allow email based login & otp based authentication can be done later.
