Hello @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia we shifted new area, & believe me there's Network but NO Internet Speed, too much internet fluctuation 15kb/s to 225kbps, so could you please Increase Internet Speed at least "2mbps"... My new location - Narsanda, Chaibasa, Jharkhand

@airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Airtel coverage in my locality is worst But My Airtel app shows that since Sep 2018, a new tower is being put up near By which will solve this problem but the fact is there is no sign of such tower being put up which I have confirmed by my naked eyes

@airtelindia Airtel network is very bad in my area.Internet connection is the poorest. Please try to improve it. It is the second time i am complaining about it.When i contact with the customer care they only said improvement in the tower going on that’s it.

@airtelindia Pathetic customercare service. Getting hundreds of calls a day reminding me to rchrg my brodbnd to not getting a rply for request to disconnect.customercare executive telling me not to pick up the calls..is it the only solution in airtel to stop the robo calls?

@Airtel_Presence @y2k156 @airtelindia This isn't a fair way of displaying a tariff table. The customer should know ₹100/ is a top up once TT on ₹99 is exhausted. I said this was to indirectly coerce customers to RC with 199/ anyway in the first instance. Ms Shweta asked me to take it up with TRAI!!! The Mgr was ok

Past 5years I'm using airtel network @airtelindia now it's time to change if bsnl had 4g in Salem I can afford to change bsnl network @BSNLCorporate. Reply ASAP
