    @airtelindia Airtel network is very bad in my area.Internet connection is the poorest. Please try to improve it. It is the second time i am complaining about it.When i contact with the customer care they only said improvement in the tower going on that’s it.

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Airtel coverage in my locality is worst But My Airtel app shows that since Sep 2018, a new tower is being put up near By which will solve this problem but the fact is there is no sign of such tower being put up which I have confirmed by my naked eyes

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia sir I want to share a issue with customer care but when I am trying to reach same through airtel thanks app they are providing customer care contact no and when I am calling on that no they asked me to go via airtel thanks app that's a grt idea

    @meetchaitanya10 @airtelindia We wanted to choose between Jio and Airtel fibre and opted for @airtelindia from March itself,as I have never faced any issue with airtel mobile network or the dongle since many years thats why I trusted them. Didn't expect this from Airtel, its been 3 days with issue

    @airtelindia I ordered a prepaid sim on airtel app which assured delivery within 24 hrs. Called airtel helpline who said delivery services stopped and to call store whose number was not available with support. Shall I look forward to the card or try some other service provider.

    @airtelindia has the absolute worst service of any Indian mobile phone service. Won’t bore Twitterverse with the details but trust me; get Jio or Vodafone.

    Hi I have a problem regarding recharges I have made recharge on 13 Jan for 84 days pack And on 14 Feb by mistake I made recharge for 28 days pack Now I need to know what happened to my recharge done on 14 feb.@airtelindia @Airtel_Presence

    @airtelindia Only doing advertisements will not help, you first needs to focus on your service improvements. Every downtime is of 3 to 4 hours without fail. #AirtelDown
