@airtelindia Airtel network is very bad in my area.Internet connection is the poorest. Please try to improve it. It is the second time i am complaining about it.When i contact with the customer care they only said improvement in the tower going on that’s it.

@airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Airtel coverage in my locality is worst But My Airtel app shows that since Sep 2018, a new tower is being put up near By which will solve this problem but the fact is there is no sign of such tower being put up which I have confirmed by my naked eyes

@Airtel_Presence @airtelindia sir I want to share a issue with customer care but when I am trying to reach same through airtel thanks app they are providing customer care contact no and when I am calling on that no they asked me to go via airtel thanks app that's a grt idea

@airtelindia I am Murugan having airtel prepaid sim card with number 9003508298. Currently I am in Germany and in the past 2 weeks I am not receiving calls from India to my number but I was able to receive sms , otp's and calls to india. only one issue is when they call from.
