  @airtelindia Airtel network is very bad in my area.Internet connection is the poorest. Please try to improve it. It is the second time i am complaining about it.When i contact with the customer care they only said improvement in the tower going on that’s it.

  @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Airtel coverage in my locality is worst But My Airtel app shows that since Sep 2018, a new tower is being put up near By which will solve this problem but the fact is there is no sign of such tower being put up which I have confirmed by my naked eyes

  Hello @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia we shifted new area, & believe me there's Network but NO Internet Speed, too much internet fluctuation 15kb/s to 225kbps, so could you please Increase Internet Speed at least "2mbps"... My new location - Narsanda, Chaibasa, Jharkhand

  @airtelindia situation in guwahati - Internet goes off post 10 pm everyday for 3-4 hours. Service engineers don't visit even after 3 days. Airtel customer care tells you to pick up their calls even when in a meeting. Disregard engineers not picking up when you call back.

  @airtelnews @AirtelIndia @Airtel_Presence Repeated broadband outages in our society have become the norm. The internet was down the day before yesterday, it’s down again since yesterday, and despite multiple follow-ups, no complaint/reference number is being provided.

  My father uses a basic keypad phone no internet, just calls. Airtel219 voice plan is gone, and now the nearest option is 399 with 1.5 GBday. Why force basic phone users and senior citizens to pay for data they'll never use? Not everyone needs the internet. @airtelindia #Airtel

  It's been over a month since our @airtelindia internet stopped working and despite repeated complaints there's still no permanent resolution. This level of service is unacceptable. Customers pay for reliable connectivity, not endless delays and excuses. Please resolve this issue!

  Paid for Unlimited 5G but my daily 2GB quota is draining on my 5G phone. @airtelindia support claims unlimited data only works on "5G+" and not regular "5G"—this is completely misleading & violates your own terms! Fix this profile glitch. @Airtel_Presence @DoT_India

  @deepank_ds @JioCare They are here just to make money from you. have not refunded me deposit since 1 yr after taking back device. They will auto cancel all the request, never bother to reply mails, helpline works on bot. You are left alone to help yourself. They do not have stores like @airtelindia
