    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia sir I want to share a issue with customer care but when I am trying to reach same through airtel thanks app they are providing customer care contact no and when I am calling on that no they asked me to go via airtel thanks app that's a grt idea

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Airtel coverage in my locality is worst But My Airtel app shows that since Sep 2018, a new tower is being put up near By which will solve this problem but the fact is there is no sign of such tower being put up which I have confirmed by my naked eyes

    @airtelindia Airtel network is very bad in my area.Internet connection is the poorest. Please try to improve it. It is the second time i am complaining about it.When i contact with the customer care they only said improvement in the tower going on that’s it.

    @airtelindia Dear Airtel , i am your corporate customer having 8 nos , paying Regular bills , on Jan 2023 i got issue on changing my plan without intimation from one of your employee , Then on Feb bill i got charges component @ 2700+Gst No one gives clarification 9824861115 help me

    @airtelindia Heaven on earth is absolutely correct for them , without providing services they charge full money , Heaven tou hoga hi , from top management to the bottom most all are liers , they work for salary , like company has a network for getting recharge only , feel like abusing guys ..

    I am very frustrated with your network @airtelindia . Even I cannot pay your monthly bills because of the poor connectivity. Slow internet , call drop, etc…… please help otherwise I have port it.

    Why can't @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence provide me a invoice email everytime I recharge?. I'm unable to download the invoice through Airtel app and raised complaint twice for the past week but still hasn't got the response. If I didn't receive invoice by today, will switch to jio

    We are in 2023 but when I go to home today it feels like early 20’s. Because of network. There are lot more network providers like @reliancejio @BSNLCorporate @airtelindia who is looking after cities but none at villages.

    @airtelindia I am the airtel user since last 2010 and I raised many requests to rectify single issue at my area but it has not been rectified yet we are facing lots of issue ex: job seekers r not able to receive the call from recruiter nd so many other samples kindly look intoit

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Team, issue I raised here almost a month ago, and there is no resolution yet. Sent few emails to your team but no one replying!! You haven’t been able to resolve this since Sept’22, how more do you need to get the refund processed??
