  @airtelindia Airtel network is very bad in my area.Internet connection is the poorest. Please try to improve it. It is the second time i am complaining about it.When i contact with the customer care they only said improvement in the tower going on that’s it.

  @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Airtel coverage in my locality is worst But My Airtel app shows that since Sep 2018, a new tower is being put up near By which will solve this problem but the fact is there is no sign of such tower being put up which I have confirmed by my naked eyes

  @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia sir I want to share a issue with customer care but when I am trying to reach same through airtel thanks app they are providing customer care contact no and when I am calling on that no they asked me to go via airtel thanks app that's a grt idea

  @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence request for disconnection on December 22. Ur supervisor offered safe custody for 1month against payment of ₹500 payable in February rather than disconnection. Now got bill of ₹1295. As per CC ur supervisor never activated safe custody.

  @airtelindia i have 2 Airtel prepaid connection, i am informing you that I am going to surrender your SIM card and services becouse I am facing very low quality network services ( call drops, cross connections, and for slow internet service)

  @airtelindia recently I purchase xtream 200 Mbps connect the connectivity is very bad compare to my previous connection. Not a single application running smoothly on your network where as everything work fine when I switch to mobile internet. And there is no way to log complaint.

  @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence plz stop misleading advertisements regarding your superior network because your network is very bad. In bhendi bazaar we Dnt get network for voice calls and internet. I made a mistake taking a postpaid line of Airtel.

  @airtelindia while taking fibre connection I was well explained by sales team that landline calling is free but even after making plenty of complains since 1 year regarding landline not working no work has been done on this.
