    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Airtel coverage in my locality is worst But My Airtel app shows that since Sep 2018, a new tower is being put up near By which will solve this problem but the fact is there is no sign of such tower being put up which I have confirmed by my naked eyes

    Hello @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia we shifted new area, & believe me there's Network but NO Internet Speed, too much internet fluctuation 15kb/s to 225kbps, so could you please Increase Internet Speed at least "2mbps"... My new location - Narsanda, Chaibasa, Jharkhand

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia worst experience, using airtel digital tv, called customer care but didn't get response, DTH service intrupted. Bad experience with service.

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia sir I want to share a issue with customer care but when I am trying to reach same through airtel thanks app they are providing customer care contact no and when I am calling on that no they asked me to go via airtel thanks app that's a grt idea

    @airtelindia Airtel network is very bad in my area.Internet connection is the poorest. Please try to improve it. It is the second time i am complaining about it.When i contact with the customer care they only said improvement in the tower going on that’s it.

    @airtelindia But the fact is, the cable that comes to my house is cut and I am repeatedly trying to convey the same to the customer care people. No service engineer is allocated and still I am being told the ticket is raised with a problem mentioning technical outage in the area.

    @airtelindia We booked an Airtel Broadband on 28 August (Booking Ref: W9C7JKFGUZ) but installation is still pending.Amarjit Chauhan (8793669955) has been rude & told us choose another. Please investigate urgently and arrange installation at the earliest. #Airtel #CustomerSupport

    @airtelindia pathetic service , pathetic experience , don’t provide support to postpaid customers as well . To my friends switch to Jio or any other but never get Airtel . @Airtel_Presence tell me the process of changing the service provider

    I have submitted connection shift request for wifi under account number 20039184584 and DSL number 0149429545496_wifi. I have submitted the request on 24 August. Still no resolution provided. @airtelindia @airtelnews

    Sincerely pathetic airtel customer care @airtelindia @airtelnews Changed to prepaid to postpaid and informed the validity will be adjusted against bill pay and then once changed, informed only 100 per month will be adjusted against 3500 annual recharge
