@airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Airtel coverage in my locality is worst But My Airtel app shows that since Sep 2018, a new tower is being put up near By which will solve this problem but the fact is there is no sign of such tower being put up which I have confirmed by my naked eyes

@Airtel_Presence @airtelindia Worst experience with Airtel AirFiber. This is NOT the first time — it has happened many times before. Now it’s been 12 days without proper WiFi. I have been calling customer care daily for the last 10 days, and still no technician has visited or fixed the issue. Such irresponsible and unreliable service. I strongly suggest people think twice before taking this service

@Airtel_Presence I just received a call from one of the executives of airtel who said we had received a complaint yesterday only, but I can see that I have raised concern long back, and when I asked him that when will this issue get resolved, he immediately hung up thale call @airtelindia 🤔
