Hello @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia we shifted new area, & believe me there's Network but NO Internet Speed, too much internet fluctuation 15kb/s to 225kbps, so could you please Increase Internet Speed at least "2mbps"... My new location - Narsanda, Chaibasa, Jharkhand

@airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Airtel coverage in my locality is worst But My Airtel app shows that since Sep 2018, a new tower is being put up near By which will solve this problem but the fact is there is no sign of such tower being put up which I have confirmed by my naked eyes

@airtelindia Airtel network is very bad in my area.Internet connection is the poorest. Please try to improve it. It is the second time i am complaining about it.When i contact with the customer care they only said improvement in the tower going on that’s it.

@Airtel_Presence @airtelindia worst experience, using airtel digital tv, called customer care but didn't get response, DTH service intrupted. Bad experience with service.

@airtelindia it is risk to use e-sim from this company. When we go out other state from home state, the sim signal getting lost & after that we need to go to Airtel store for physical sim, it’ll be activate after 24hrs only. So we need to switch off 2-3 days.

@Airtel_Presence @airtelindia @airtelnews when there is power outage in my area then we can't make calls and not even to use internet. It is happening on daily basis. Tower is located just 500m from my home. But they keep shutdown generator and save the fuel and sell to public.
