It is the second time i am complaining about it.When i contact with the customer care they only said improvement in the tower going on that’s it.

Without any technician visit or update, the request was closed as "Resolved." Since yesterday, I've called customer care 3 times. Each time I was assured I'd receive a callback within 4 hours, but no one has called. Since the request is shown as closed, I'm unable to raise a fresh request through the app either.
