Hello @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia we shifted new area, & believe me there's Network but NO Internet Speed, too much internet fluctuation 15kb/s to 225kbps, so could you please Increase Internet Speed at least "2mbps"... My new location - Narsanda, Chaibasa, Jharkhand

@airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Airtel coverage in my locality is worst But My Airtel app shows that since Sep 2018, a new tower is being put up near By which will solve this problem but the fact is there is no sign of such tower being put up which I have confirmed by my naked eyes

@airtelindia Airtel network is very bad in my area.Internet connection is the poorest. Please try to improve it. It is the second time i am complaining about it.When i contact with the customer care they only said improvement in the tower going on that’s it.

@Airtel_Presence @airtelindia sir I want to share a issue with customer care but when I am trying to reach same through airtel thanks app they are providing customer care contact no and when I am calling on that no they asked me to go via airtel thanks app that's a grt idea

@airtelindia Pathetic customer service from Airtel these days. Paid my dues through cheque before date still late charges applied for second consecutive month. When asked about it at store the person said we have multiple complaints about it so can’t do anything.

Hello @airtelindia @JioCare both network not working this location. Harohalli industrial area. We want fiber connection but service not available. Mobile network Signa is too week this area. All are paying for 4G but using like 2G. please check this area signal.

@airtelindia shame on your customer service. Ticket raised on 15th May is still not resolved and everyday I get call from customer care and ask me to repeat whole story but they never have a resolution. Pathetic customer service and untrained staff who dont know what to say.
