    @airtelindia Airtel network is very bad in my area.Internet connection is the poorest. Please try to improve it. It is the second time i am complaining about it.When i contact with the customer care they only said improvement in the tower going on that’s it.

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Airtel coverage in my locality is worst But My Airtel app shows that since Sep 2018, a new tower is being put up near By which will solve this problem but the fact is there is no sign of such tower being put up which I have confirmed by my naked eyes

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia sir I want to share a issue with customer care but when I am trying to reach same through airtel thanks app they are providing customer care contact no and when I am calling on that no they asked me to go via airtel thanks app that's a grt idea

    @airtelindia very difficult to log complaint in ur system. ur telesystem asks airtel number or so. I don't use ur phone but use broadband. Help me pl to talk to your tele agent. I am calling using my registered mobile number.

    @airtelindia It was best but now worst, Airtel is facing too many voice problems, Same with internet also. I think they have too many customers and now they are not able to handle it. Jio is giving excellent services.

    @airtelindia I have recently ported my number to airtel in which they promised me to provide 2 gb data per day but they are providing 1.5gb only. When tried to complaint about the same on 198 they barred my number. @airtelindia

    @airtelindia The number was never issued as a vanity number and I got it originally without any additional payment. Am visiting India from US and spending most of my time with Airte following up on the issue and visiting airte store.
