@TRAI @DoT_India Plz take strict & exemplary action against @airtelindia for taking monthly bill without solving Zero Mobile Signal issue over 6 months in spite multiple follow-ups. Simply incapable to solve the issue. Paying bill fr such worst service.

@airtelindia , we have disconnected our broadband connection due to frequent issues in our location. The customer care doesn't respond to my emails on regund. Airtel has best customer service only on ads and nothing on actual service (broadband is 040101718497). Please revert
