Hey @airtelindia today i have visited to your airtel store to get issue resolved he have charged 200rs for sim replacement and he was saying you have to pay for lost sim but i have my sim but there were no singnal my number is 9779218337 worst service #airtelscam

@chetan_pamnani @airtelindia Exactly, I have been contacting airtel black team from months for my plan modification. But they are unable to provide resolution. Everytime I try to modify my plan. It shows order in progress. I am calling the customer service to cancel my orders but not sure what they are doing
