    @airtelindia @airtelindia Not only has your service team failed to show up despite repeatedly rescheduling my Wi-Fi appointment, but there is absolutely no response to my complaint on Twitter either. This is not the level of service expected from Airtel.

    @airtelindia I have the most unsatisfying and most irritating experience with yall over cancelling a WiFi service, your app only had a pause plan and no cancellation feature in it? Why do you guys increase your data packs prices if you can’t proved your customers with basics ?

    @airtelindia asked for your Wifi connection. Paid a deposit of 1500. Installation POC didn't show up for a week. Cancelled the order but your team keeps delaying the refund. They keep asking me to wait for a call to refund my money? What is this customer experience? HORRIBLE!

    @airtelindia Absolutely unacceptable service! My Airtel DTH has been not working for an unreasonably long time. Instead of actually resolving the issue, the responsible person kept updating/extending the SLA repeatedly. Now, no one is even picking up the calls.
