No AT app option to raise complaint if pending open issues. How is @airtelindia resolving issues if not listening in the first place - false ad, false promises.

Network will come for 1 day and for next two days , total blank, no network . Not even 2g, can't even make a call. If you don't want me to port to @airtelindia pls help asap.

The number is currently registered to my sister, and I, Saiyam Agarwal, want to transfer it to my name. On 08 Aug 2026, both of us physically visited AIRTEL STORE - SPECTRUM HOUSE, SILIGURI, with our documents. The store refused to process the transfer because it is a prepaid connection and told us to first convert it to Postpaid and then wait another 4 months for ownership transfer. Please clarify if this is actually Airtel's policy. and intervene to process the ownership transfer as per the applicable procedure.

Every week it is working on some problem for 5-6 hours, giving the same nonsense answer - some problem in your area. Very punctual to add penalty if bill isn't paid even for a day. What about all these hours lost. Pay us.
