    @airtelindia @TRAI I have received such pathetic customer service from airtel which is beyond words. Ticket I'd 4532144498 I have called for 4 hours straight to speak to a supervisor and I was kept on hold or was made fake promises.

    @airtelindia Dear Team… I requested for an ESIM today morning 10.30 am and was told that within 2 hours this will be done. It is now 12 hours and no updates . I was told, I will be able to make n receive calls… this is also not working . Can someone act

    @airtelindia The MOST EXPENSIVE PACKS with the slowest and worst CUSTOMER SERVICE. Don't know how many times I have to complaint about the same issue, Don't mislead customers about being the "FASTEST 4G NETWORK" #Fraud
