@airtelindia @Airtel_Presence I m really frustrated while twitting, my internet is down from more than 2 weeks now, I was not at home during most the time,by my CCTV uses the internet. I was back on 5th and raised SR 10000951546, which is now closed without resolution.

@airtelindia I requested to upgrade my broadband connection with the fiber optics technology. I waited for 15 days for the installation and not received any update. I tried calling the customer care multiple times but no help. Worst experience ever.

@Airtel_Presence @airtelindia airtel DTH service was very bad. They charge Rs 160 for every visits, your problem was solved or not . I raise complain with Set Top Box , i told for new STB but your agent come with old . He not solved my problem. After that airtel deducte Rs 160

Regularly mail to customer care, Nodal and appleat team regarding my no 8797751982 bill not justified thatz why waived off additional charge asap but still no any body responding in positive sence. So kindly do the needful #airtelindia #airtel #consumercourt
