Wow, what an amazing @airtelindia service! I am continuously calling Airtel service because my SIM has become GPRS for no reason. I asked where is the nearby SIM card center about this and they are saying talk to Airtel coustomer Care. Is this your 24 hour coustomer service?

@ViCustomerCare Your app and services are nightmare, if someone wants to delink family plan, do they really need to go to store for it?? Learn from @airtelindia and @JioCare and their apps. I would now visit store to shut down my postpaid connection for sure. Thanks for inviting!

There is no response from @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia I requested customer care for me to arrange a call, because your 121 IVR is not allowing me to press 9 to talk. This is how you treat your customers!!! I'm regretting so badly porting from jio so badly to airtel
