    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence @airtelnews Since yesterday airtel broadband, airtel mobile network is down in Wakad, Pune. Yesterday it came back by 4 pm and again it was down around midnight. No response, no proactive communication. I hope they fix it today.

    @Airtel_Presence An Airtel representative misled me by providing false information in order to meet their personal sales targets. This is highly unethical. I hope Airtel India takes strict action against this salesperson so that no other customer falls victim to such deception. @airtelindia

    @airtelindia your guy came on 22/04, without even looking the issue,he said the issue is with modem, it's of blue light and put in request to shift connection.Since then no one has come, I am facing the same issue since then. Will you refund money for 5 days.When will you resolve
