    Since eight days we are getting harassed by @airtelindia as there is no WiFi connectivity it looks like nobody is working on it to resolve our issue. As I'm an employee who has taken work from home option it's very pathetic.

    Iam sure Airtel and their customers know it has the world worst customer service App. It’s almost 10 days and I can’t raise a complaint.. there is no option to submit a complaint and talk to a customer service as Airtel doesn’t know where to use Ai.. @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence airtel deducted amount twice for recharge, but not refunded. You guys are fraud. Not even able to reach customer care via 121. Airtel sucks.

    @airtelindia and no revert from your team yet. I've been asked to wait for 4 hrs everytime i call the customer care, still no help. Kindly revert ASAP and provide a solution before i reach the consumer court. @airtelindia

    - @airtelindia Today I finally received a call, but the interaction was rude and unprofessional. Due to the delay and poor customer experience, I no longer wish to proceed with the connection. Kindly cancel my installation request and process a full refund at the earliest.
