    I love Airtel service and support, but this time a disappointment from Airtel, since last 2 days I am not able to use internet, and they said you have to install new connection Airtel fiber else you have to wait for next 3 days. @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence #airtelcare

    @airtelindia Very bad customer service...i have told to close my account of rs 499 rental and specially told the agent to not deactivate my rs799 monthly rental plan..but they closed my 799 rental broadband and after asking him that message has been sent for my landline no..
