@airtelindia Sir, Airtel app doesn't work most of the time, sells more then focusing on customer service, your agents are rude, payment timelines keep changing and late fees is charged without any real time datacheck. Is this mom and pop shop or a real enterprise? Sri 9677095252

@airtelindia I had raised the request to upgrade the plan from copper to fibre net plan.all most more then one over.Still not resolved that issue.I called to customer care and raised the ticket multiple times but unfortunately nothing work.
