    @airtelindia @VittalGopal I am not happy with customer service as they have messed. One of your agent made a mistake due to which my day to day activities are stopped as my bill reached to Rs 28,000/ instead of Rs 5,000. No one is ready to take the ownership to resolve the issue

    @airtelindia @VittalGopal @airtel_care I raised a relocation request for my Airtel broadband connection on 29th March. Since then have made more than 8 escalations via call center reps and through email but no one bothered to fix the issue on priority inspite of many escalations

    Dear @airtelindia I am AN airtel one customer, that means I have if I have paid the bill via airtel app and it has not been confirmed by you & the money is cut from my account, then yo u will bar all my services, not only WiFi but also cellular services.

    All your promises are fake. Very poor network. Continues fluctuate network No place where client give proper complaint. I am very unhappy with Airtel Pathetic Airtel. @airtelindia

    @airtelindia I have airtel postpaid connection, and I'm not able to access internet properly even when I'm not in problematic areas qt all. I'm getting very poor service. In the airtel thanks app, I'm not able to raise a complaint. I'm not even able to contact the customer care.

    @airtelindia It has been more than 20 days since complaint regarding mobile internet and volte not working. No response received from airtel. Absolutely horrible service in such a competitive market. This company will soon end up like bsnl.

    @airtelindia @TRAI When One have Paid the Cost & Installation Charges for Set Top Box, why Can not watch Free Channels if not recharged the connection. I think Free to Air channel must not be Stopped by any service provider.

    @airtelindia very poor Internet speed in a city like Gaya.pls let me know reason before I switchover to another telecom company....Facebook video run for 5 sec and YouTube takes 5 minutes to open and runs for 5 secs..my data is 1.5 GB per day @Airtel_Presence
