    @airtelindia but I did not get any technician or a call from Airtel. Now with this incident I feel Airtel want me to buy new connection because in shifting they will only get 250₹. I am Working from Home and facing so many issues without internet. What am I supposed to do now!

    @DoT_India Nobody from customer care has reached me still. It is more than 10 days since I registered a complaint. As per the Airtel company time for reaching back is 24 hrs. Also I have been cheated by paying the full years money for just 1 month of channels. @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence
