Worst ever customer support from @airtelindia don't know how will i contact them apart from social media platform and email. Your chat assistant doesn't allow to connect with agent instead ask to call on 198 your 198 IVR doesn't allow to connect with agent.

@reliancejio @airtelindia Both the networks are causing alot of trouble in my area. Trying to update a few apps but it is almost half hour not 7% is done. You are justing draining our money only, Shame.
