  @airtelindia So I change my Wi-Fi from Airtel black to IPTV on suggestion from Airtel because traditional FTH has lot of problems u get a new connection new router and IPTV box in May- June I receive 2 bills I pay both, in July I again receive 2 bills.

  @airtelindia I have recharged for Rs.349 plan Transaction ID is 642062775.And received confirmation message for the same. but still the plan is not active and not reflecting in my airtel app and internet is also not working. and asusual no response from customer care. Whats next?

  Hi @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence , My airtel wifi is not working since last evening 30th July around 7pm till now 31july2026 5:40pm and there is no fixed ETA provided. It keep on increasing and due to this my official tasks are getting halted. Fix it on priority ASAP.

  @Airtel_Presence @airtelnews If not, this amounts to false advertising and unfair trade practices. Customers should receive exactly what was displayed before making the payment. I request Airtel to investigate this issue, honor the originally displayed offer, and provide a clear explanation. @airtelindia

  @airtelindia That the data top up service will not roll over and I was charged 400 for 2 days where I had only used 60GB of data. Please take of this issue or else cancellation is the only option we have left with.
