    @machanae1 @airtelindia @JioCare I would suggest you to go with Airtel, their ticketing system is good and a technician will be assigned immediately after we make a complaint, their ETR is also less compared to other providers.

    @machanae1 @airtelindia @JioCare I'm an Airtel Broadband User since 2010, and started using 512 kbps speed. They have been so good, I'm not even able to think about switching to other providers even though I got better offers from Hathway, ACT and Jio. I'm not familiar with how Jio works on customer support.

    @velumania @airtelindia DND is not working that is for sure...telecom operators are not taking appropriate action on unauthorised access to data of DNC customers 🙄 I don't see this stopping in near future. @TRAI
