@airtelindia I am very frustrated now my postpaid sim is not working since last 7days. And sim swap is stucked under process. This no is registered all over with my company, personal account, banking etc. Can you imagine week without mobile? Pathetic support & processing of this.

@Airtel_Presence @airtelindia can’t believe that you are stupid enough to use same Fiber for Mobility and Broadband services. Convenient for you cuz customer with Airtel Cell & broadband connection gets cut from entire world while you enjoy lower costs
