  @airtelindia My wifi is not working, I had a complaint about it, the person who visited went away without assuring that the wifi connects. He visited in non-working hours which is not acceptable at my end. I had done complaint about it in the morning. I need a quick resolution.

  @airtelindia My Airtel connection is down since last 2 to 3 months. I tried many times to contact Airtel at 01141716887 when I was not successful then I had to tweet this. Airtel is again and again giving me bill intimation but neither the net is working even the box is broken.

  @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia The issue is not with all numbers, but with multiple specific numbers. Some people can call me, while others hear “the number you are calling is invalid”.

  @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia Again marked resolved without visit. Issue still not fixed. Multiple SRs closed without resolution. This is unacceptable and misleading. CPGRAMS filed. @TRAI intervention requested. Disconnect immediately & waive charges.

  @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Facing network issue in Sri Suryodaya Colony, Patelguda, Hyderabad - 502319 for 4+ days. ComplaintID : 11028761144. Called customer care 4+ times, 2 supervisor escalations, still no resolution. False commitments given. Escalated to the consumer forum

  @airtelindia Extremely disappointed. Went for SIM reactivation but your store staff misused my Aadhaar to open an Airtel Payments Bank account and activated ₹149 insurance WITHOUT my informed consent. SIM is still not working after hours. This is clear mis-selling + KYC misuse. I request: Immediate SIM activation Cancellation of account & insurance Full refund Strict action against the store staff involved If not resolved immediately, I will escalate this to @RBI and file a complaint with the consumer court. @Airtel_Presence please take urgent action.

  @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence I have give a request for SIM replacement as Airtel has marked it as physically damaged, without physical damage. No help from Customer Support for knowing the status. Do help.

  @airtelindia what ******** of this service. I have one prepaid e-sim and my smartphone got dead. Don't know how to transfer that e-sim from old to new phone because old phone is on dead stage. Trying to connect customer care but getting you don't have balance for connect??
