    .@airtelindia @Airtel_Presence No broadband for over 24 hours in Kasba area of Kolkata. Every time I call the customer care they say it will "definitely be fixed" in next 2 hours #airtelthanks but no thanks.

    I don't understand why u @airtelindia boasts about ur internet speed. Complained multiple times, received same resolution "there is a technical glitch will resolve in 4 hours". But these 4 hours never completes, left me no choice but to PORT.

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence despite 'n' number of complaints, the network strength remains pathetic. Your 4G data speed is no better than 2G, no use of being a platinum member.
