They have to update the firmware of Nokia router which they aren’t able to do. If your team is not capable why dont you change the router immediately ? Baffling that it took you 67 hours to do that, and even more baffling that it took me about 12-13 phone calls following up. Fix your customer service, it wasn't a pleasant experience at all
