    @airtelindia Try to get a new DTH connection with Airtel Black, you will understand the pains of an existing customer. A technician came after 2 days/many calls,installed DTH HD box, then took it back stating that I need to pay more as the request he had was not "Black" #JioTV

    @Airtel_Presence My postpaid number is 9754574711 and i am your customer since long. At the time of taking connection my plan was having inclusion of one net sim free which was not delivered to me as covid came immediately after that. Now your guys are making me fool.@VittalGopal @airtelindia

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia I have raised a request for new broadband connection and had made payment for the same, later the field team confirmed that it cannot be delivered due to feasibility issue...now I'm being made to chase your team for cancellation..and refund

    Ur @JioCare @airtelindia Worst network in whole delhi, i have two sim one is Airtel and second is jio.... Bt internet dono main 2g ki speed se chl rha hai......aur calling bhi ek baar main nai hoti.... I think jldi improve kr lo... Ap log to acha hi hai....@jagograhakjago
