Despite raising multiple support tickets, the issue remains unresolved, and the tickets are being closed without a fix. If this cannot be resolved promptly, I would prefer to proceed with porting my number with jio.

I called many times to the local technical team member Mr Gaurav 9319872062 provided by sms for installation. I called many times but disconnected. Now thinking of changing providers. Roaming Department acknowledges the issue but refuses a refund or any practical replacement option outside India. 11 months of paid service lost. Supervisor Simple Shivani’s answer: “Not our problem.”
