Goons on bike snatch my phone. Fortunately, a friend was with me who also uses @airtelindia. We call customer care to block my sim. The chap takes all my details, including last bill amount, & blocks my friend's sim outgoing. Even Customer care number is blocked. (1)

@airtelindia So, we can't call them to resolve the issue. Meanwhile, my number is still not blocked. Had to request a 3rd party to call @airtelindia to reactivate my friend's phone and block my number. (2)

@airtelindia what's happening to your network? Even worst than @BSNLCorporate . @airtelindia already i have raised 2 complaints 10 days back but same issue. These 10 days i haven't used my mobile data and calls. I want my 10 days money back. Bloody chor.
