@airtelindia why in this region down below the address, we are not able to connect through the Internet. Pur Data couta is there and if you open the data service On no 4g,3g,2g, non of the G is connecting. And your customer service is not a customer service it is Boat service.

Sick of #Airtel . On behalf of my father I went to airtel to convert post paid to prepaid. Not Airtel instore @Airtelgalleria people helped nor customer service helped and customer service supervisor was rude as if I am his employee and not customer. @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence

@airtelindia after so many complaints still now action has been taken. Poor network in the area. Can’t even make the calls, and internet facility is too bad and slow. Thinking to switch all my airtel numbers to some other operator.

@govindethiraj @JioCare That is why use @airtelindia. Best network and best customer service. Been using it for over 2 years. Any issues can be registered in the app itself which is solved within 48 hours. No need to call customer care number.
