    @airtelindia why in this region down below the address, we are not able to connect through the Internet. Pur Data couta is there and if you open the data service On no 4g,3g,2g, non of the G is connecting. And your customer service is not a customer service it is Boat service.

    wait. And they are telling they can give refund as it will take time. If I dont get resolution within 1 day. Whether it should be installed or get refund in 1 day. I would file report in consumer forum and take action against @airtelindia for giving me mental and physical

    @airtelindia My Airtel xtream broadband net is non-functional since yesterday 3 pm. I was told that it would be resolved by the EOD. But it's still not working. I've been calling the customer care and they keep extending the time to rectify it. My job is suffering, I can't work.

    @Airtel_Presence @guptavaibhav86 @airtelindia I ws using airtel 999+gst family plan for more than yr. But today I saw my plan was auto upgraded to 1199+gst. When I checked with Customer Care they told me I hv to pay new amt. dis is nt fair. How can u terminate existing customer plan & force them to use new plan.

    @airtelindia @Airtel_PresenceSignal 📶 connectivity is very low.... Everyone says to me that your mobile always shows out of the coverage area / switch off. And you claim for 5G spectrum instead expand your 4G connectivity in better condition. I hope you fix it fast.

    @Airtel_Presence I don't care, @airtelindia its my view regarding your bad service. 1 your helplines are not tollfree. 2 even then, it disconnect while contacting you 3 you are not solving even after tweeting So just tell me, what should i do? If it continues, finally it's time to move on 👋👋
