In last 15 days i have called @airtelindia 100 times regarding broadband connection issues, still there is no permanent solution. Every time they’re giving different excuses. Also they are encouraging if you’re not satisfied you can disconnect. @airtelnews

Somehow you contact customer care by searching online the CSR will do everything possible to not raise a complaint number and ask you to wait till problem is restored to the extent of even throwing you back at IVRS #airteldown @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence
