Hello, I started facing connectivity issues on my Airtel Wifi on 6 March 2022. The engineer promised to resolve it by 8 March.Thereafter, he stopped picking up my calls nor he replied to my texts. It's 18th March today and issue is still unresolved. @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence
