  @Airtel_Presence Thanks for your arrogance, ignorance and humiliation by Miss Kirti, @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence ..time to port to new service provider..you didn't even contact leave apart resolution. Your network as such has almost crumbled with voice calls almost impossible.

  I have been facing a network outage on my postpaid connection for the last 4 hours. Raised a complaint (SR: 31-1000015654425),and my experience with the call center support was extremely disappointing.Please escalate and resolve this on priority. @airtelindia

  @jagograhakjago @airtelindia @jagograhakjago it's the persistent issue with airtel which they always deny to resolve. They want customer to pay money but they do not want to give service. The situation is so bad they take 20 days to resolve any network issue. This literally wast money.

  @Ajaykumaarji @airtelindia BSNL is only surviving on taxpayers’ money. Real problem: 50-60% reservation staff who don’t want to work, don’t know how to work, don’t believe in giving service, and are highly corrupt. Because of this, BSNL will never grow like Airtel or Jio.
