    @airtelindia claims that thet deliver the new sim card in one day. But they actually never do. Placed a request 4-5 days back but they just call, today coming tomorrow coming but never do that.

This is not acceptable at least from @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence why this much of delay.? I guess you're not taking as very high priority. Right.?

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Hi I Have lost my airtel sim abroad, when i have contacted airtel customer care, they have suggested sending blood relative to store to get duplicate sim with specified documents, but none of the stores are accepting it
