    Due to call drops and network fluctuations I upgraded my sim card from @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Prepaid to Airtel Postpaid, still the report is very disappointing.

    What’s the point of talking to your customer service section if the work’s are not getting done even after that. It shouldn’t be like this in the first place when you have told that this is the certain way to do something and we try and get an error! @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia Airtel is looting money from people and not interested in providing services. Worst service, even local Brdband vendors have better service. 7 days and not able to resolve internet issues

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence you are looting customers, made an advance payment of Rs 4000 from airtel thanks app for fiber internet on 31st July. Got installed on 15th August and transaction history shows only Rs 2726. Made multiple complaints but no help.

    Worst fibre service by @airtelindia . There is a problem in router , after 2-3 days of complain it's disconnect wifi, after that when you try to reconnect, it' not.

    @airtelindia my post paid connection 950650350, airtel network connection is too bad at my office and residence while both are very पॉश areas of लखनऊ Sector J Aliganj. Allready communicated many time but the problem not solved. Can I surrender the airtel connection?
