    @airtelindia Why am not able to see "Star Sports 1"? "STAR SPORTS 2" gets full signal but "1" no signal. Called engineer he said have to replace LNB. For 1 channel why I have to replace LNB?

    It is strange how companies quickly start falling apart once they are large enough to be no. 1. @airtelindia used to be customer centric and even brought services like "Black" but cost-cutting means incompetent customer service agents and engineers, leading to bad experiences.
