@airtelindia @therealkapildev I'm frustrated with Airtel services. I am an airtel black customer. Broadband connection fluctuates, I paid a bill but still showing unpaid and asking for some late fees. I can't find and connect their customer care. I'm really feeling frustrated.

As an old customer of @airtelindia, I never expected a service like this from a broadband distributor in Amravati, being at a senior position treating customers in such a bad way by giving them a traumatic mental experience, scares me to affiliate with @airtelindia #airtelthanks

@airtelindia Within two days of installation, internet stops coming.Maintenance people have not come within the allotted time. Only messages being received for change of technician visiting !!!??!Bad experience.
