@JioCare @airtelindia @ViCustomerCare why are you providing 28 days recharge plan while financial year have 30 days in a month, people are earning after 30 days duty. Recharge finished before a month very loss deal to customer.

@airtelindia @Airtel_Presence I ported my number from Vodafone to Airtel in November. Some Rs.70 was due from previous operator. Airtel discontinued my service without even giving me a call. I had to visit the Airtel Gallery 3 times but have not received any resolution yet.

@airtelindia Everytime my Unlimited package validity dates comes nearby or become less than 7 days why your network condition become so poor why do i have to face so connectivity issues when I am still having a valid package. Airlet India stop playing this games with consumer.

Dear @airtelindia, instead of spending money on ads, it may best interest u to train the untrained that sit in ur customer care offices. It would be less troublesome to change service providers than deal w 30 min. waiting time, in person, to change plans. @Airtel_Presence, nope.
