    Hey @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence, my WiFi in Chennai has been completely down since Saturday (16th) evening. Raised multiple complaints via the app, and today the local outlet tells me it’ll take another 24 hours? 2+ days of no connectivity is unacceptable. Please fix this ASAP!

    @airtelindia @airtelnews Nothing has been resolved yet. It has been more than 15 days. Even Airtel executivea are not able to help me out. All the customer care are saying same thing that it will be resolved by tomorrow. No one has provided the solution yet. It's so frustrating

    People of India, especially Bhubaneswar — avoid Airtel Broadband. Careless and disrespectful service, extra money demanded for installation, and no real support from Airtel offices except formal emails. Worst customer experience. @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia #Bhubaneswar

    Dear @airtelindia I have been a loyal Airtel customer for the last 8 years, but I am unable to see the Axis Bank Airtel Credit Card offer/eligibility on the Airtel Thanks app. Surprisingly, new users are getting this offer while existing loyal customers r being ignored @AxisBank
