@airtelindia I purchase new Airtel (id 3027297215-001)connection on 27.10.2018 .While taking a new connection, I was told that its validity is 12 months and now my setup box showing expiry 10 Sept. 2019. Consider problem & provide 12 month subscription. I already paid full money.

@airtelindia 10000136342 Scheduled call earlier today, no one called..now calling customer, no option to connect customer care. At one end I am paying extra money to get internet for work on other end no one is responding apart from assurance of getting a call.

@airtelindia @Airtel_Presence I had been to your official Airtel outlet for getting my SIM card exchanged for a new one since the old one randomly stopped working. They charged me 6x price of what was suggested on the call with customer care. Their behaviour is also very careless
