    @airtelindia I purchase new Airtel (id 3027297215-001)connection on 27.10.2018 .While taking a new connection, I was told that its validity is 12 months and now my setup box showing expiry 10 Sept. 2019. Consider problem & provide 12 month subscription. I already paid full money.

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia last night the broadband was down due to some technical difficulty, called the area head & was pleasantly surprised that they already know & working on fixing it, recd a sms too with a TAT of 2hrs & was fixed in 1 hr.Superb service, thank you Airtel.

    @airtelindia @airtelindia Its more over 5 months I've taken Airtel extreme fiber connection. But everytime when I ask about landline it says "not activated". Fix this fault as soon as possible. People are choosing your services because they trust you. But you are making us a fool

    @airtelindia poor customer service from Airtel .There was a complaint registered on 24th July till now no one had contacted me as part of remediation and I just calling the customer service to get the update on a daily basis Cus exe have guided me to raise the concern in twitter

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence @airtelbank complete fraud application you have, if a customer recharges for other dth provider from your app. It diverts money to mobile balance recharge. Moreover customer care says call airtel wallet customer care and vice versa.
