@airtelindia I purchase new Airtel (id 3027297215-001)connection on 27.10.2018 .While taking a new connection, I was told that its validity is 12 months and now my setup box showing expiry 10 Sept. 2019. Consider problem & provide 12 month subscription. I already paid full money.

Airtel broadband is down since last Wednesday 4:38pm. Request was given and support assured fix in 4 hours. Not fixed yet, no support person came yet, and still giving same excuse. Pathetic service and no value of customer! @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia

Hello @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence How do I talk to the customer care executive? Whenever I do a outgoing call the person on the other side can't hear me and often gets connected to someother person, but when the other person calls me he can clearly hear me.
