@VodafoneIN The number of times I have complained, the answer has been that your problem has been solved. Vodafone is very poor service,I will not advise anyone to use Vodafone in future. Jio and airtel is better than Vodafone, from whose network it is able to tweet @airtelindia

@airtelindia I purchase new Airtel (id 3027297215-001)connection on 27.10.2018 .While taking a new connection, I was told that its validity is 12 months and now my setup box showing expiry 10 Sept. 2019. Consider problem & provide 12 month subscription. I already paid full money.

@airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Same problem seen on 21st April .. seen again. Airtel still does not hv a clue. And then they will want a residence visit. And then the ticket will be closed. Cycle continues for another week. Wanna bet the same problem continue next week as well ?
