    @airtelindia I purchase new Airtel (id 3027297215-001)connection on 27.10.2018 .While taking a new connection, I was told that its validity is 12 months and now my setup box showing expiry 10 Sept. 2019. Consider problem & provide 12 month subscription. I already paid full money.

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia Not getting internet speed. And your executive have only one answer, in my area there are many customers using internet same time so speed is slow so, Just said we are working on it. But no have solutions last 30 days.

    @VodafoneIN The number of times I have complained, the answer has been that your problem has been solved. Vodafone is very poor service,I will not advise anyone to use Vodafone in future. Jio and airtel is better than Vodafone, from whose network it is able to tweet @airtelindia

    I think need to switch broadband service to some other provider. @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia unable to provide services in our area. Also there customer support is worst and they only have the answer wait for 24 hours to get it resolved.
