    @airtelindia I purchase new Airtel (id 3027297215-001)connection on 27.10.2018 .While taking a new connection, I was told that its validity is 12 months and now my setup box showing expiry 10 Sept. 2019. Consider problem & provide 12 month subscription. I already paid full money.

    @Airtel_Presence No response received despite constant reminders and follow ups in DMs. The only reason I put up with your sluggish internet is due to the customer service but even that seems to have gone down the drain. Please resolve my issue at the earliest. @airtelindia @airtel

    @airtelindia Hello, I would want to upgrade my simcard to 4G from 2G. I have recharged sim with 558 rs and the data is going Unutilised (3GB) per day. Also there is lockdown in Pune right Now. Help me in this regards to quickly upgrade the simcard!!

    @airtelindia worst and 3rd class company provide us poor quality network unable get proper speed of 4g. Now I'll complaint against airtel to consumer forum.@TRAI @DoT_India Please sir look into this matter and take action against airtel immediately to make their customers fool.
