    @airtelindia I purchase new Airtel (id 3027297215-001)connection on 27.10.2018 .While taking a new connection, I was told that its validity is 12 months and now my setup box showing expiry 10 Sept. 2019. Consider problem & provide 12 month subscription. I already paid full money.

    @VodafoneIN The number of times I have complained, the answer has been that your problem has been solved. Vodafone is very poor service,I will not advise anyone to use Vodafone in future. Jio and airtel is better than Vodafone, from whose network it is able to tweet @airtelindia

    @Utkarsh9882 @airtelindia Don't even take. They give worst modem with range upto 10 meter only. I am struggling to even get that cancelled . These are frauds.

    @airtelindia What is the purpose of Unlimited package you can't send a message or call without talktime based recharge to Banking sector customer care service. Back in years it is used to connect call or message without any balance but nowadays we have to recharge separately.

    Very bad experience using Airtel postpaid paid. Weak technical support. I already had Amazon prime membership when i took postpaid. But expire of my plan. Not able to use Airtel benefits, Amazon support team said they have activated in different account @airtelindia @airtelnews

    @airtelindia Hey Airtel, I am your platinum customer, had requested to shift my broadband connection from Noida to Gurgaon on 13th Jan, no action has happened till now.. i could have easily disconnected Airtel and could have taken any other brand connection in 3 days..
