No wonder why @airtelindia has removed option to speak to customer care. They've deactivated my active number. when I got duplicate sim, they cancelled activation. I am stuck with no money, thanks to them since bank account is linked to my no. Gpay too stopped working #AirtelDown

@airtelindia @airtelnews - Without ANY prior info, you changed the payment due date to 13th from 21st of the month; penalized me for the delay in payment. Not sure if this is how you want to shore up your B/S. You have achieved it temporarily; but you lost a customer permanently.
