    @airtelindia where is customer service and help? I am in USA unable to make calls as it says VOLTE is not enabled. I have international roaming. There is no VOLTE option coming up under Mobile Networks for my Samsung Galaxy A12 phone. Can someone help ASAP? Waiting for 3 days.

    @airtelindia hopeless service by you guys . Data when not used still shows used & 15 GB in 10 hours at night . Despite request the customer service service is hopeless . This is a corporate number . Please take some action or else we port to other operator.

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence FYI #139529656 is still open, been 40hrs+ since I filed the complaint. Spoken to Supervisors-Ganesh,Goutham & 8 more frm CC with no resolution within the given TL. Now the TL is being increased by every hour to suit your team. Ctd.
