    20 days since i am facing the internet issue and no one from @airtelindia care to call and resolve my issue. There is no integrity in Customer care executive that they commit hell lot of things and can't even fullfill any of it.Need refund for whole month @Airtel_Presence

    @airtelindia Having a hard time to get any help through app or calling 121 regarding support on bill. I have premium plan of 999 but still no support no care. Already DM you my concern but no response.

    @airtelindia Want to close broadband connection,called helpline,they are not closing,they asked to do mail. I can not do mail,why are you forcing a customer to do mail for a closure of a connection, however I am giving my consent to close the connection and on record
