    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia Been trying to apply for xstream fibre broadband service since last 4 years specially when you're already present across the street. 3 major housing societies (each of them with more than 250 apartments) are present at this location. Pls do something

    @airtelindia Your employees at Customer care office in Garkheda Aurangabad, Mah has no sense of talking to customers & have a very rude attitude. Such people only force customers to port to other carriers. Isn't there any training given to them by Airtel how to behave with cust?

The network signal appears full, but internet services are barely working. Browsing, video streaming, and social media apps are taking too long to load. This issue has been continuing for some time and is causing major inconvenience in daily use. I request you to kindly check the network issue in my area and resolve it as soon as possible.     Stayed home and wasted 2 full days because of repeated false commitments from Airtel customer care. Pathetic service & zero accountability after payment is collected. Would honestly recommend Jio over Airtel, at least Jio completes installations the same day. @airtelindia

    @airtelindia Guys just answer me one query, how an ivr is supposed to understand my problem if the problem isn't listed in your menu. The customer service is getting worse day by day and price hikes are increasing day by day. I cannot resolve my issue for the past half and hour.

    @airtelindia Can you please check voice call breaking for both side caller and reciver . Internet service is also poor not providing proper speed. Daily data limit consumed in with in 2 hours. Additional data pack recharge done but no any benefit. Internet speed low .
