    @airtelindia Your employees at Customer care office in Garkheda Aurangabad, Mah has no sense of talking to customers & have a very rude attitude. Such people only force customers to port to other carriers. Isn't there any training given to them by Airtel how to behave with cust?

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia Been trying to apply for xstream fibre broadband service since last 4 years specially when you're already present across the street. 3 major housing societies (each of them with more than 250 apartments) are present at this location. Pls do something

    Why are telecom users forced to recharge just to receive calls? Facing this issue with #Airtel incoming calls get blocked within 2 days of no recharge. Since when is receiving calls chargeable? Where is this rule defined? How is this fair? @TRAI @jagograhakjago @airtelindia
