@airtelindia The 60gb per month data plan is very generous. It should be reduced to 5GB 10 GB etc like in USA it will improve the download speed to premium customer with loss of revenue.

@airtelindia On visiting the local office they say that " yeh number aap bhool jaao ab , yeh band kardiya gaya hai , and jo aapne recharge karaya hai woh bhi bhool jaao". No explanation whatsoever. PS. Many more people were there due to the same issue.

@airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Mumbai circle , number was nonin use for more than 6 months , now back to use ,recharged also ,unable to see any network. can't call or recieve any call. not even 198..can any concerned officer attend to solve this
