    Since I shifted to my new flat, the calling is like a CHALLENGE, Internet usage is approx ZERO because there is no 5G connectivity. After numerous complaints and tickets raised by me and my father the CUSTOMER SERVICE team at @airtelindia is sleeping.

    @airtelindia @airtelnews I'm using Airtel postpaid SIM, but for the past few days I have not been able to use the Airtel internet service. I have raised several complaints, but the issue has still not been resolved. Because of this, I have been forced to use a new Jio SIM.

    @airtelindia I have recharged for unlimited data for today and still there's no data to use. All your customer care number are saying to recharge it again. What nonsense is this?? I have urgent need for this. Can't rely on Airtel at all?

    @airtelindia - you charge us wrongly and customer support is pathetic to even refund it even though they accpet that its airtel's fault. This is lame customer support. Same standard auto-replies with no redressal from over 2 weeks.
