    1/4 @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Extremely bad service in Hyderabad. My WiFi shifting was scheduled for 16 Aug and Airtel has still not completed it. After repeatedly promising installation TODAY, it has suddenly been rescheduled to 20 Aug without any proper explanation.

    @airtelindia @iamRashmika This is the FOURTH time the Wifi is down, Service req 11037804616 keeps getting Rescheduled without my CONSENT multiple times. The Crap Engineers don't pick up the calls. CC sucks. BS network. Not going to pay the bill and return the Router and cables.

    @airtelindia @airtelindia keep doing this and you will lose all the customers first you discontinued the value for money packs now this type of service? I think the people around my area is already planning to post to @reliancejio. And i want to port too but i don't have good network of jio.

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence I have been experiencing issues with internet / calls for around 3-4 months now, even after raising a lot of requests in airtel app nothing has happened, on top of it the tickets are marked as resolved without even confirming from customer. #airtel

    @airtelindia Along with the bill for the month of May, which was paid by me in June, I also paid for the Amazon Prime membership. However, despite having a paid subscription, I am still receiving advertisements. I have also not received any response or resolution from Airtel

    @jagograhakjago @airtelindia my calling service was down for 10 days in July for which I raised complaint this same issue I have faced several times before as well. Now my postpaid bill is not getting adjusted even after talking to customer care What is this service @airtelindia

    @airtelindia the service has been worst off late. You guys don't care for customers. I have raised a shifting request for more than a week. No answer, no accountability. Also, I get call from customer service and for 5 mins nobody comes to talk. Pathetic service.
