    I recharged my airtel phone no for Rs. 719 but the recharge was not done while the amount has been already debited in my account. I also tried to contact customer care executive but found no response. I find airtel services very pathetic & disappointing. @airtelindia @airtelnews

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia worst Customer care services Today I have called on customer care from my Postpaid number and asked them to transfer my call to AIRTEL BLACK department they transferred my call to DTH team After that to prepaid team worst experience

    @airtelbank I’ve two @airtelindia numbers. The number you’re calling in, is not the number from where the issue has arisen. I’ve already mentioned my @Airtel_Presence number in the DM that I’ve sent you. Kindly check properly and revert back !
