Recharging my #Airtel number is like creating a gateway to the service provider to send me free SMSes. I make one recharge and #Airtel makes sure that I receive 100 different messages that conveys I have made the payment. I guess that's how they do free 100 messages. @airtelindia

Really Disappointed to see your service @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence. My fibrenet isn't working since midnight and I raised a request in the morning. An engineer was assigned to visit at 11 am. He first cut the call on my face, behaviour was bad and now isn't picking up the call

Hi @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia , The worst fiber service and worst customer local support . The service outage is 10-12 times a month. The service engineer are incompetent and doesn't know how how to talk. Thank You for providing for worst service !!!
