I was asked to clear outstanding to do so & I did it at least twice in last 1 month but they are dumb enough to not do it. Can you do something or should I port out?

When a customer wishes to discontinue these services, all other services are disconnected. @airtelindia

I was billed throughout despite repeated disconnection requests and tickets being closed without resolution. Expect full refund of charges. Awaiting response.
