    Facing weak signal and slow internet problem since ages. At Last, @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence @airtelnews #Airtel asked me to get a new sim from Airtel office. Using new sim, problem is worst. Can’t take calls indoor in almost all cities I go. Worst connection! Poor services !

    @airtelindia very worse mobile network in our area sector 11 Gurugram,near 4 Marla Gurudwara ... very very low some time nil internet speed, voice breaks even call not completes number of times. @Airtel_Presence I am not happy.

    Escalated the issue to Airtel appellate that the online payment goes in someone else account and provided 8 case id that was closed without solution in 1 month Response: Your case has been closed. Now I understand why Airtel is so pathetic @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia In this Digital Age and work from home paradigm - Our Airtel WiFi not working for more than 30 hrs ! And the woes continue from over 2 years ! And standard Response from Airtel : Understand your frustration- Request your patience etc etc !

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia my WiFi stopped working the guy who installed wifi said someone damaged the wifi box he said someone will resolve it tomorrow i raised a request using app now he called me he said as you raised request now it will take 5 days wtf what's going on

    Is there anyway to speak to a 121 rep. I have an issue with is not addressed via the app and am unable to speak with anyone when I call on 121. @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence

    @airtelindia over the call you guys said you've changed the plan to monthly basis now again it has been renewed for next 3 months what's wrong with your customer service

    @Airtel_Presence I have been calling airtel for hours in regards of my bill enquiry...no matter what I do can't reach a customer service executive...the call gets dropped after it says to wait for the executive..this is pathetic service provided by airtel...@airtelindia

    @airtelindia i have raised atleast 15 requests for a plan change of broadband on the airtel thanks app. Plan has still not been changed nor have i received any request number via sms.There is no way to reach out to customer service on IVR. Is this a joke of your reliable service

    @airtelindia it’s very bad experience with Airtel broadband service. I have raised complaint but no support getting from Airtel side. AI chat is given for customer which always reply the same thing. Complaint ID - 10087676480
