I was asked to clear outstanding to do so & I did it at least twice in last 1 month but they are dumb enough to not do it. Can you do something or should I port out?

I would rather not get excited about 5G as it is barely there. The 4G network also goes off due to this disruption. U r killing the 4G users too.

Have raised the complaint multiple times but no action was taken to resolve the network issue.If my parents wants to call someone first they have to go to terrace so that their call could go through & they can get the network. It’s the situation in NCR.

My WiFi is done for more than 24 hours and your service people are just playing around telling “coming in 10-20 minutes.” One day late in payment and you charge late fee.
