@airtelindia just raised a complaint as i an unable to make calls. Although my pack has three days validity, it says 'No sufficient balance to make calls'. The service req. no. CMICO3BLR20230224378199 says it'll take ten days to resolve! What kind of a service is this?

@airtelindia I purchased Realme through @Flipkart and it has come with an Airtel lock, I don't have an Airtel card. It's my mistake, I should have checked before purchasing. However, it gave me option to pay 800 and remove lock. I paid it and the lock is not yet removed. Help!!!!

@airtelindia Didn't expect such poor quality services from a brand like airtel. Call drops are so normal nowadays, when it doesn't drop it feels like there is a glitch. Fed up with filing compliants too. Look into the matter asap or else people will switch.
