    @airtelindia Dear Airtel. My Prepaid Recharge expired on 12/7 I recharged on 15/7 My connection is still "Inactive", States: "Pack Expired". Help: "Recharge Confirmation" - states recharge done on 15/7. But, after that there is no Help from Chat or on IVRS (Call). No Help of any kind

    I've activated my sim one before and i started having issues in receiving calls and messages so they told me swipe the sim and had to pay 50 rupees for that sim. What is the meaning of having a new sim for a month only if i have to swip it new one ? @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia
